Unternehmens Invest AG: Change in the total number of voting rights and in the share capital

Change of total number of voting rights and capital according to article 135 section 1 BörseG

Wien (pta041/28.02.2019/21:00) - Herewith Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft informs pursuant § 135 para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act, that at the end of February 2019 the total number of voting rights amounts to 6,369,157 voting rights; the share capital amounts to EUR 46,303,771.39.

This change results from the execution of the cash capital increase by a nominal amount of EUR 861,087.88 to EUR 46,303,771.39 through issuance of 118,444 no-par bearer shares as resolved by the extraordinary shareholders meeting of Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft held on 28 November 2018; the capital increase has been registered with the company's register on 21 February 2019.
