New name Vow ASA registered

The new name of Scanship Holding ASA, Vow ASA, which was approved by the company’s extraordinary general meeting on 9 January 2020 has now been registered in the Norwegian register of business enterprises (Foretaksregisteret). For further information see stock market announcement dated 9 January 2020.

The company's shares will from 13 January 2020 be quoted on Oslo Børs with the new name, Vow ASA, and the new ticker “VOW”. ISIN number is unchanged.
