Change in the Executive Board of Investis Holding SA

The Board of Directors of Investis Holding SA appoints Aude-Sophie Vartzbed and Michael Stucki as new members of the Group Executive Board as of 1 January 2023. Walter Eberle, Head Real Estate Services, will step down from the Group Executive Board. He will leave Investis at the end of January 2023. With Stéphane Bonvin, CEO, and René Häsler, CFO, the Executive Board now consists of four members.

Change of management in the segment Properties:
Aude-Sophie Vartzbed, born in 1986, takes over overall responsibility for the segment Properties. She has held various positions at Investis Properties SA since 2016. Prior to joining the Investis Group, she worked for CBRE in the Middle East, among others. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from HEC Lausanne and has completed an MSc program in Real Estate Management & Development. 

Change of management in the segment Real Estate Services: 
Michael Stucki, born in 1979, takes over overall responsibility for the segment Real Estate Services from Walter Eberle. He has held various positions at the Investis Group since 2015. Michael Stucki started his professional career at Livit and joined Privera in 2015, where he was COO and a member of the Executive Board, among other positions. In February 2021, he was appointed CEO of hauswartprofis. Michael Stucki holds an Executive MBA FH with a focus on Strategic Management. 

At the same time, the Board of Directors expresses its thanks and appreciation to Walter Eberle for the successful cooperation and his valuable contribution to the profitable growth of the Real Estate Services segment, which today contributes significantly to the success of the Investis Group and wishes him all the best for the future.  

The Board of Directors welcomes the two new members to the Executive Board and wishes them every success and fulfilment in their new role.
