    The 2024 ISG Provider Lens Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem report for the U.S. evaluates the capabilities of 37 providers across five quadrants: Managed Services for Azure, Microsoft 365 Services, SAP on Azure Services, Power Platform Services and Generative AI Services for the Microsoft Clouds.

    The report names Accenture & Avanade, IBM, Infosys, TCS and Wipro as Leaders in all five quadrants. It names Cognizant, DXC Technology, HCLTech, Kyndryl and NTT DATA as Leaders in four quadrants each. Hexaware and Rackspace Technology are named as Leaders in three quadrants each. Capgemini, LTIMindtree, PwC and Tech Mahindra are named as Leaders in one quadrant each.

    In addition, Capgemini and LTIMindtree are named as Rising Stars — companies with a “promising portfolio” and “high future potential” by ISG’s definition — in two quadrants each. Fujitsu, Hitachi Digital Services and Tech Mahindra are named as Rising Stars in one quadrant each.
