that date, Media Investment Holdings S.à r.l. held 2.98% in relation to all

voting rights in Axel Springer AG (voting rights arising from 2,948,924

ordinary shares (Stammaktien); Axel Springer AG has issued ordinary shares

only). All these voting rights were attributed to Media Investment Holdings

S.à r.l. pursuant to secs. 21 (1), 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
