Financial statements of New Value AG for the first six months of the financial year 2017/2018 (as per 30.09.2017)

The first half of the financial year 2017/18 was completed with a loss of CHF 1.02 million. A big part of this loss results from the adjustment in the valuation of Silentsoft SA.

The equity value, equivalent to the Net Asset Value (NAV) of New Value AG, amounted to CHF 7.09 million as per 30.09.2017 (CHF 8.11 million as per 31.03.2017). The NAV per share was reduced from CHF 2.72 at the beginning of the period to CHF 2.16. New Value AG reported a total loss of CHF 1.02 million for the first six months of 2017/18, compared to a profit of CHF 0.04 million in the previous year in the same period. The loss per share amounted to CHF 0.31.
