     125  0 Kommentare ATSG Holds Annual Meeting of Stockholders

    Stockholders of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:ATSG) meeting today on a virtual-only basis have re-elected seven directors and elected one new director nominee to the Board of Directors.

    During the meeting, stockholders also:

    • Ratified the selection of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the independent registered public accounting firm of the Company for fiscal year 2020;
    • Approved on an advisory basis the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers for 2019.

    Directors of the Company re-elected to one-year terms on the Board were Richard M. Baudouin, Joseph C. Hete, Raymond E. Johns, Jr., Laura J. Peterson, Randy D. Rademacher, J. Christopher Teets, and Jeffrey J. Vorholt. In addition, stockholders elected Richard F. Corrado, President of ATSG, to the Board.

    Directors meeting today elected Hete as Chairman of the Board, replacing Rademacher, who was elected Independent Lead Director of the Board. Effective as of the end of the annual meeting, Corrado was also elected Chief Executive Officer of ATSG, succeeding Hete upon his retirement from that position.
