Traumhaus AG issues forecast for fiscal year 2021

Further growth also in 2021

Wiesbaden, April 21, 2021: Traumhaus AG will continue its consistent growth course in 2021 and expects a range between 98 and 108 million euros in sales for the current fiscal year. EBITDA is forecast in a range between 10 to 11.8 million euros. The expected good business result is based on the further increase in demand for mass-produced, affordable housing despite the Covid 19 pandemic and the well-filled project pipeline.

"Traumhaus AG has come through the Corona year 2020 well because the minor time delays were easy to cope with and the impact on business operations remained low. Demand for affordable, mass-produced housing continues unabated, so we expect business results to be good and increasing in 2021 as well. This shows that Traumhaus' strategic approach of adding industrialization and automation to the construction industry in order to create good and affordable housing is the right one. In the late summer of this year we will start up our prefabricated parts plant in Kruft - Traumhaus is also setting sustainable standards in the construction industry," says Traumhaus AG CEO Otfried Sinner, summarizing the reasons on which the 2021 forecast is based.

The Traumhaus AG CEO also sees the future of the company beyond this fiscal year on a solid foundation with plenty of growth potential:

"The extensive property portfolio that we have already secured currently comprises a sales volume of around EUR 500 million and will inevitably lead to further increases in sales in the coming years," says CEO Otfried Sinner, venturing a look into the future, "which on average allows us to expect an annual increase of 15 to 20 percent."
