Shareholders Approve All Matters

(OTCQB:ROIUF and TSXV:ROI) (the "Company" or "Route1"), an advanced North American provider of data-centric business empowerment solutions, today announced that it received approval for all proposals submitted to shareholders at the Company's annual general and special meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting"), which was held earlier today in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The matters voted on and approved are as follows:

1. Tony P. Busseri, Peter F. Chodos, Michael F. Doolan, David A. Fraser, Michael D. Harris, John Marino and Edward M. Reeder Jr. were re-elected as the Company's Directors. Following the Meeting, the Board of Directors met and selected Mr. Harris to continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Route1;
2. Grant Thornton LLP were re-appointed as the Company's auditors in respect of the year ending December 31, 2021;
3. Route1's stock option plan was re-approved; and
4. An amendment to the by-laws of the Company to provide for the advance notice of director nominations was approved.
