- Cloud services and support: EUR 27.9 million (up 35% year on year)

- Software licenses: EUR 14.3 million (up 66% year on year)

- First-time reporting of CONVERSION/4 sales: EUR 2.1 million (>100% year on year)

- Ratio of recurring revenues: 50% (prior year: 51%)

- EBIT: EUR 7.6 million (up 27% year on year; EBIT margin: 6.4% (prior year: 6.2%)

- Three acquisitions to strengthen and expand market position

- 2021/22 guidance confirmed
