Harvia Plc’s Annual Report including Board of Directors’ Report and Financial Statements for 2021 is published

Harvia's Annual Report 2021 has been published and can be found on the company website at https://harviagroup.com/investor-relations/results-reports/.

Annual Report includes the Board of Directors Report and the Financial Statements consisting of the Consolidated Financial Statements and the Parent Company Financial Statements. Harvia’s Annual Report includes also the Corporate Governance Statement and Remuneration Report for 2021.

The Annual Report is published in accordance with the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements as an XHTML file and as a PDF file. In line with the ESEF requirements, the primary statements of the Consolidated Financial Statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on the ESEF Financial Statements in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised).
