Mars One Ventures AG: Updated payment schedule of EUR6 million investment

Basel, 31. January 2017 - The members of the Board of Directors of Mars One
Ventures AG (Basel) announce that the first instalment of the investment
from Global Stock & Bond Trade Limited will arrive at a later date due to a
delay in issuing the shares to the investor for administrative reasons. The
delay is being resolved in consultation with the investor and the
shareholders will be updated shortly.
