ZUG/Switzerland, June 29, 2017 - BioTelemetry, Inc. (NASDAQ: BEAT) announces today that, based on the preliminary result, including LifeWatch Shares tendered into the Offer, the Offeror and LifeWatch, a person acting in concert with the Offeror, hold (subject to the Settlement), as of the end of the additional acceptance period on June 28, 2017, 4:00 p.m. CEST (the "Additional Acceptance Period"), 17,831,214 LifeWatch Shares, corresponding to 96.50% of the voting rights and the share capital of LifeWatch (participation rate).

Additional details are included in the provisional notice of the end result that BioTelemetry publishes today. The definitive notice of the end result will be published on July 4, 2017.
