In the 20th AGM held on 25 April 2018, shareholders of Pankl Racing Systems AG (ISIN: AT0000800800) voted unanimously for the payment of a dividend amounting to Eur0.60 per share for the fiscal year 2017. This dividend was proposed by the Management Board and endorsed by the Supervisory Board.

The ex-dividend day is 2 May 2018, the dividend record date is 3 May 2018 and the dividend payment day is 4 May 2018. Raiffeisen Centrobank AG acts as paying agent.

The dividend shall be paid net of 27,5% withholding tax, except exemptions to deduct withholding tax apply. Payment will be effected as a credit at the depositary bank.

The non-consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2017 show a balance sheet profit of Eur 36.214.783,16.

The dividend payment of Eur0.60 per share results in a total dividend payment of Eur1,890,000 for 3,150,000 shares without nominal value. The remaining balance sheet profit will be carried forward for new account.
