CANCELLATION OF THE SPECIAL LIEN OVER MOVABLE ASSETS
Ponte San Pietro (BG), 8 October 2018 -
Fonderie Mario Mazzucconi S.p.A. ("FMM") announces that the special lien over
some movables assets and raw material under Article 46 of the Italian Banking
Act - created on 29 November 2017 in favour of Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A. ("IS") as
secured creditor for an amount of EUR 6,000,000.00, securing the repayment
obligations of FMM (as borrower) under a EUR 4,000,000.00 facility agreement
entered into by and between FMM and IS - have been cancelled in accordance with
the relevant provisions of the special lien deed, as of 4 October 2018.
