Moody’s Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

On October 22, 2018, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE:MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 44 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on December 12, 2018 to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 21, 2018.
