Unternehmens Invest AG: Change in the total number of voting rights and in the share capital

Change of total number of voting rights and capital according to article 135 section 1 BörseG

Wien (pta027/31.01.2019/21:00) - Herewith Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft informs pursuant § 135 para 1 Austrian Stock Exchange Act, that at the end of January 2019 the total number of voting rights amounts to 6,250,713 voting rights; the share capital amounts to EUR 45,442,683.51.

This change results from the execution of the capital increase by contribution in kind from EUR 30,897,500 by EUR 14,545,183.51 to EUR 45,442,683.51 through issuance of 2,000,713 no-par bearer shares as resolved by the extraordinary shareholders meeting of Unternehmens Invest Aktiengesellschaft held on 28 November 2018; the capital increase has been registered with the company's register on 29 January 2019.
