    123fahrschule has successfully completed its planned capital increase and announced that 538,048 new shares had been placed with investors at EUR 7.00. In total, the company receives gross proceeds of approximately EUR 3.77m, which will be used to finance further growth. We continue to expect solid growth in H2 22 and keep the model assumptions unchanged. We have incorporated the new share count into the model and reduce the target price by around 21% merely due to the dilution effect of the capital increase. The new price target of EUR 27.00 (old EUR 34.00) still offers significant upside for investors who would like to participate in this unique roll-up business of the German driving school market. BUY.
