Peakstone Realty Trust Announces Date for 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

Peakstone Realty Trust ("PKST" or the "Company") (NYSE: PKST), a real estate investment trust that owns and operates a high-quality, newer-vintage portfolio of predominantly single-tenant industrial and office properties, today announced that it intends to hold its 2024 annual meeting of shareholders on June 18, 2024 (the “2024 Annual Meeting”). The record date for the 2024 Annual Meeting will be April 16, 2024, and the notice mailing date for the 2024 Annual Meeting will be on or about April 29, 2024.
