KKR Income Opportunities Fund Declares Monthly Distributions of $0.1215 Per Share

KKR Income Opportunities Fund (the “Fund”) (NYSE: KIO) previously announced its monthly distributions of $0.1215 per common share.

The monthly distribution schedule is as follows for the month of June, modified from the prior announcement:
