Gunther Strothe joins Supervisory Board of Interhyp AG

(Munich, 11 December 2006) Gunther Strothe will replace Thomas Geiger
on the Supervisory Board of Interhyp AG, Germany´s largest
independent residential mortgage broker. Strothe, who is an
independent management consultant, has extensive experience in
consulting and investment banking. Most recently he was responsible
for the German business of international management consultants
Mercer Oliver Wyman. Before this he was an Executive Director with
Goldman Sachs & Co. in London and Frankfurt.
