FinTech Group announces new CEO and designated Chairman - Seite 2

Martin decided to pursue entrepreneurial activities and started Event
Horizon Capital & Advisory GmbH, an advisory and investment boutique
focused on alternative asset management and VC investments in various
sectors including financial services technologies.

Frank Niehage says: "Financial Services Technologies is not just the last
frontier in the internet and technology space, but most probably the
largest opportunity for disruption ever. I am very excited to be able to
drive this disruption and change as CEO of FinTech Group. I am convinced we
will be able to develop FinTech Group into the leading financial services
technology company in Europe. Our current restructuring measures focusing
in more efficiency and creating synergies within the existing business will
result in a loss this year. However, this should lay the foundation for a
more than significant positive EBIT next year, with rapid growth the years
to come."
