On October 4, 2017, the Management Board adopted the decision to withdraw its
resolution of December 1, 2016, on the implementation of the share buyback
program according to § 65 para. 1 (4) AktG referred to as "employee stock
ownership scheme 4+1" and to terminate this share buyback program with the
expiration of October 20, 2017.
