(14.12.2009) - VCL Film + Medien AG (ISIN DE0003304374) announces that
Regal Entertainment Corporation, a European company based in
Barcelona/Spain, became a co-partner of the subsidiary VCL Communications
GmbH. The negotiations were published in the ad hoc publication of 19th
November 2009. Today, the notarial recording of the participation took
place. The negotiations about becoming a co-partner of VCL Film + Medien AG
continue.
