SolGold plc ("SolGold" or the "Company") Notice of Meeting and Management Information Circular for the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

BISHOPSGATE, LONDON / ACCESSWIRE / November 19, 2021 / SolGold (LSE & TSX: SOLG) will hold its Annual General Meeting at the offices of HopgoodGanim Lawyers located at Level 7, Waterfront Place, 1 Eagle Street, Brisbane, Queensland 4000, Australia on 15 December 2021 at 9:00 pm (Brisbane, Australia time), 11:00 am (London time), 6:00 am (Toronto time).

SolGold is enabling shareholders to attend and participate in the meeting electronically, should they wish to do so.
