    Ontrak, Inc (NASDAQ: OTRK) (“Ontrak” or the “Company”), a leading AI-powered and telehealth-enabled healthcare company, today announced that its behavioral health industry-leading intervention platform will integrate AI services that wrap around members at every step in their behavioral care journey. Powered by a single analytics and measurement engine, Ontrak’s new AI system scales the company’s market-leading engagement capabilities and will deliver payers and providers a new level of visibility into each member’s behavioral health journey.

Our rapidly growing sales pipeline made this the right time to invest in advanced AI services to enable us to go beyond predictive modelling based on claims data.     Ontrak’s care coach-led and AI-supported intervention platform identifies, engages, treats and activates members to achieve lasting clinical outcomes. The company’s identification process will now include the ability to customize outreach based on prediction of case complexity, readiness to engage, highest cost to health plans, inappropriate use of hospitalization and gaps in care. The engagement process will enable Ontrak to predict probability of contact based on the member’s preferences, optimal matching of members and coaches, and optimal matching of members and providers. Additionally, digital care indicators will highlight to care coaches when a member is at risk and new mobile experiences will trigger a signal for encouragement when a member is likely to disengage. Treatment will be enhanced by natural language processing of care coach notes and provider visit transcripts, so that these can be rapidly shared between care coaches and providers for valuable engagement signals and real time action throughout the member’s journey. Ontrak’s activation process will be enhanced through 6- and 12-month behavioral health check-ins after graduation to feed the algorithms, inform training, and continuously improve program efficacy.
