European Healthcare Acquisitions & Growth Company B.V. (EHC), Croma-Pharma GmbH (Croma) and Croma’s shareholders decided today to terminate their business combination agreement and their discussions due to differing views on the currently realizable value of Croma. EHC is now exploring alternative options and will update its shareholders on such plans in the near future.
