SAF-HOLLAND S.A. appoints Dr. Matthias Heiden as its new CFO - Seite 2

succeeds Wilfried Trepels, who will leave the Company at the end of 2016.

During the interim period, Dr. Martin Kleinschmitt, a member of the Board
of Directors of SAF-HOLLAND S.A. and an Executive Board member of Noerr
Consulting AG, will temporarily assume the position as CFO. Dr.
Kleinschmitt has been a member of the SAF-HOLLAND S.A. Board of Directors
since April 25, 2013 and has worked closely with the Company since 2002. He
has extensive, in-depth knowledge of both the Company's strategic
initiatives and corporate processes. During the periods 2002 to 2004 and
2009 to 2010, he also served as an interim member of SAF-HOLLAND's
Management Board.
