Rotterdam, 23.02.2007. Adult industry legend Marcus Allen based in London, United Kingdom today informed X-Cast Entertainment N.V. that he hasacquired a 30% stake in X-Cast Entertainment N.V. together with aconsortium of international investors. The purchase price was EUR 0.15 pershare.

´We have acquired 30% of the X-Cast shares from the company founder andintend to file a public offer for all outstanding shares as soon as allremaining due diligence and regulatory issues have been completed at thecompany premises in Los Angeles´ Marcus Allen said. ´For us it is a naturalvertical integration and we look forward to grow and partner with X-Cast asone of the strongest growing adult movie producers in the Los Angelesarea.´

Marcus Allen has been in the adult movie business since 1983 as England´spremiere glamour model agency under the name ´Paramount International´ andhas been featured several times on National Television. His own MarcusAllen brand is sold worldwide under a variety of titles and remains one ofthe strongest lines anywhere.
