IFEX Group announces Third Quarter Results for 2005
November 2005 - IFEX Innovation Finance & Equity Exchange NV (FSE: IFQ1,
XETRA: AOBLX3.DE, ISIN: NL0000210532, OTC: IFXIF.PK) has released its
unaudited Third Quarter Results for 2005.
The third quarter results show a profit before tax of EUR 1.1 m (2004: EUR
2.9 m) and EBITDA of EUR 1.8 m (2004: EUR 3.0 m).
The 9 months accounts show consolidated profit before tax of EUR 4.6 m (2004:
EUR 6.5 m) and EBITDA of EUR 6.1 m (2004: EUR 7.0 m).
At end of the third quarter, IFEX remained in a positive cash position. The
directors of IFEX also expect to convert a number of current assets to cash by
year end 2005.
The figures are in line with previous forecasts and the directors remain
confident that progress shown during 2005 will be maintained.
In the last quarter the company acquired GIS UK Limited ("GIS"). IFEX
management believes that GIS significantly enhances IFEX´s profile in the UK
and US markets and enables IFEX to source high quality deal-flow
opportunities. GIS is currently assisting IFEX with the listing of New-LTV and
Bahamas Film Studios, thus enabling IFEX to realize the agreed commissions.
Further news with respect to these listings is expected shortly.
Over the course of the last few months the company successfully launched its
IFEX Innovation Finance Platform. IFEX has signed several mandates and is
evaluating up to 95 new deals for new projects from European science parks
within Innovation Finance. The company continues to develop the Innovation
Finance business unit and believes that this unit will generate positive
income streams in the medium term.

IFEX Group announces Third Quarter Results for 2005
November 2005 - IFEX Innovation Finance & Equity Exchange NV (FSE: IFQ1,
