    Up to CHF 110 million of aggregate principal amount of the Bonds due 2022 shall be repurchased and up to CHF 125 million New Bonds due 2027 shall be issued to allow the Offeror to optimize the Offeror's debt maturity profile by shifting the maturity of approximately 50% of the total outstanding debt significantly beyond 2022.
