Temu Offers Peace of Mind to Consumers with 90-Day Free Returns

Temu, the online marketplace dedicated to increasing consumer access to quality products, will offer free return shipping for most eligible items so that consumers can shop with more peace of mind.

Buyers can return most items in new and unused condition within 90 days of the purchase with no shipping charges and receive a full refund. The few exceptions are clothing items that are worn, washed, damaged, or with tags, packaging or hygiene sticker removed or in an incomplete set.

Return shipping is free on the first return for any order. If a subsequent return is made for the same order, the buyer can pay a $7.99 shipping fee, which will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be processed within seven days after receipt of the return package.

Launched in the US in September 2022, Temu was created with the goal of empowering consumers with more choices of quality products at affordable prices. Even though it is one of the newest online marketplaces in the world, Temu has access to one of the most sophisticated sourcing and fulfillment networks built up by sister company Pinduoduo.

Both Temu and Pinduoduo belong to Nasdaq-listed PDD (NASDAQ: PDD), an e-commerce group that serves close to 900 million consumers and worked with more than 11 million suppliers, many of them top-notch manufacturers.
