ISIS Lab Signs Agreement With Microgame S.P.A. to Power Online Italian Gaming Sites With Its Bingo Platform

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jan. 13, 2014) - ISIS Lab Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LAB) (the "Company" or "ISIS"), is pleased to announce that it has entered into an agreement with Microgame SPA, ("Microgame") to deliver, subject to obtaining necessary regulatory approvals, its bingo gaming platform and related services to current and future operators serviced by Microgame.

• Once the ISIS Bingo Platform is launched under the terms of the agreement, it is expected to be on 125 online Italian gaming sites, catapulting an immediate footprint into Italy.

The agreement with Microgame enables ISIS Lab to enter what is considered to be one of the world's largest, fully regulated online gaming market while providing Microgame a significant competitive advantage with its cutting edge Bingo platform to its customers.

The agreement has a term of two years and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and AAMS. Subject to receiving the necessary regulatory approvals, ISIS expects to launch the platform, entering the exciting Italian Online Gaming markets, in the first quarter of 2014.
