Lounging by the suite's 'plush' campfire adjacent to the tent, looking up at the stars and exploring the skies is a relaxing and bonding experience, one that families can recreate in their own backyard. Olivia Brown, general manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Boston Common and mother of two says this is "exactly our intent with this family-friendly experience. We hope families will gather in the living area of our suite and we want them looking up and out at the skies. This is the sort of fun I love to create with my own family." She adds: "Our park view suite couldn't be more conducive to this type of getaway, with large impressive windows that will 'wow' young guests. We want families engaged over conversation, creativity and amazement. This exciting collaboration with Boston Children's Museum is allowing us to connect families in a unique manner that's inspired by our Ritz Kids discovery program."

The "To The Moon and Back" experience includes the following amenities:

• Overnight accommodations in a luxury park view suite [for 2 adults and 2 children]; suite offers uninterrupted views of the sky and beyond
