Pink Elephant certifies USU Valuemation 4.5 in 15 ITIL(R) processes - Seite 2

USU Valuemation's compliance with the ITIL(R) best practices has since been
confirmed by Axelos and various ITIL(R) assessors and experts, including
Pink Elephant, Glenfis and SERVIEW.

Renewed successful ITIL(R) certification is confirmation for USU AG that
its ITSM solutions are unswervingly geared to ITIL(R): "We'll continue to

Pink Elephant is an internationally recognized ITIL(R) certification
company and, alongside Glenfis AG (Switzerland), the only accredited
assessor of the ITIL(R) licensor AXELOS. Certification is conducted by
auditors who are ITIL(R) experts who have many years of ITSM experience.

PinkVERIFY(TM) is an objective ITSM software assessment methodology based
on published functional and integration criteria. It has been developed by
