Greenlight Resources to acquire Historic producing gold mining camp - Up to 9oz/t Gold in float

VANCOUVER, Nov. 5 /CNW/ - GREENLIGHT RESOURCES INC. (TSXV.GR), announces the acquisition of a high grade gold prospect following a site visit and other due diligence by company executives while in Nova Scotia to review the Company's recent diamond drill program at its Brazil Lake Lithium and Rare Metal property.

The gold property, located north of the village of Kemptville, encompasses one of Nova Scotia's historic gold mining districts, and is less than a 20 minute drive along a paved highway from the Brazil Lake property. This acquisition is geographically strategic as it allows Greenlight's geological field crew quick access between the two properties thereby reducing exploration costs on both properties.

The Property is comprised of 127 claims (40 acres each) for a total of 5,080 acres. These claims control a strike length of over 8 kilometres along the potentially mineralized Kemptville Shear Zone. High grade gold was discovered on the property over 100 years ago and was produced primarily in the late 1800's from two underground mines, the Kempt and the Cowan. Following property acquisition by the present owners, AYARCO Gold Corporation Ltd. (AYARCO), a privately owned Nova Scotia company, modern exploration techniques were used to identify a target area between the two former producers featuring numerous high grade angular float boulders, several of which have assayed over 300 g/t (grams per tonne) (about 9 ounces/ton) Au. These boulders occur across the glacial trend for over 300 meters. The target area is further defined by a strong B-horizon soil anomaly just down ice from the float area with values of up to 450 ppb/t Au (parts per billion per tonne).

Recent exploration by AYARCO in 2006 to 2008, included taking over 250 bulk till samples over an area approximately three square kilometres. The samples were screened at 2 millimetres and tabled for the presence of visible gold for gold grain counts and shape classification to quantify the number and morphology of gold grains. The survey has identified a very large "gold in till" anomaly measuring approximately 800 meters in width and extending 2,000 meters down ice. It is centered in an area between the two former mines, coincident with the area of high grade float. The analysis revealed gold grain counts up to about 1,000 grains in a standard 10 kilogram basal till sample. Analysis of the morphology of the gold grains indicates that they have travelled only about 100 meters from source. This technique played an important part in identifying some of the zones in the very large Rainey River gold property in Ontario. However, float samples are selective by nature and are unlikely to represent average grades on the property.

GreenLight may acquire up to a 80% undivided interest in the property from AYARCO by making cash option payments of $170,000 over the next three years and conducting exploration work of $1,300,000 over the next twenty-six months. This acquisition is subject to TSX approval .

Reported assays for Heavy REE's include Terbium (Tb) with grades up to 20.3 ppm (g/t) and Ytterbium (Yb) with grades up to 31.3 ppm (g/t) while reported light rare earth metals include Cerium (Ce) with grades up to 459 ppm (g/t) and Lanthanum (La) with grades up to 1,300 ppm (g/t).

da fragst du jemand falschen.......bin nunmal bekennender liebhaber von
PENNY- stocks zu denen ja BCE weiß gott nicht gehört...und weiß demnach
auch nicht um deren potential über die akt. MK von 25 mrd. cads hinaus -
sehe aber bei GR ein riesen- potential ÜBER deren MK von akt. mal grad
cad- mios 4,-

um die nächsten expl.- steps zu realisieren wirds wahrscheinlich die ein oder
andre PP geben, wobei ich glaube, daß diese rasch durchgehen sollten, angesichts
der reeeeeegen REE- phantasie......oooooder aber ein BIG ONE sich finden läßt, wie
zb CLZ nen TOP- partner mit MAG gefunden hat...IMO

Ich geh noch mal in mich am WE, evtl. werd ich Mo. Teigewinne realisieren und in beide umschichten.
Ich seh hier ebenfalls ein riesen Potential und REE ist ja, wie Du auch schon erwähntst, wahrlich wie ein Turbo momentan (siehe TCR oder UVR), on top kommen dann ja noch die Gold-Phantasien dazu...

GREENLIGHT RESOURCES INC. CLOSES FINANCING WITH THE MINERALFIELDS GROUP AND OTHERS

The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing, documentation with respect to Greenlight Resources Inc.'s non-brokered private placement consisting of 2.6 million flow-through units at a price of 25 cents per unit in the capital stock for total gross proceeds of $650,000. This financing was placed with the MineralFields Group. Each unit consists of one common flow-through share and one share purchase warrant. Each share purchase warrant will entitle the holder thereof to purchase one additional share of the company at a price of 30 cents per share for a period of one year from the closing date of the private placement. The shares are subject to a four-month hold period which expires on April 16, 2011. Finders' fees of $50,000 were paid to Limited Market Dealer Inc.

The company also announces that it has granted options to buy 160,000 shares to a director and a consultant of the company. The options shall be exercisable at a price of 25 cents per share and shall have a term of three years.

The company further announces that assay results from its Brazil Lake drill program are pending. Assay results from the SGS Canada Inc. based in Toronto, have been delayed due to heavy volumes and test equipment repairs. However, Greenlight's Brazil Lake assays are in priority and results will be released soon.

Hm... im Grunde ist die feste Bezugsgröße Tonne, war nur jetzt nich sicher, da ich sonst mit Goldwerten rumhänge und dort in "Gramm" je Tonne ausgewiesen wird.

zahlen eine absolute

...deshalb ist es egal in welchen mengen es angegeben wird, da das ergebnis proportional zur menge steht.

1% ist immer ein 100stel

1% von einer tonne, würde ich sagen, sind 10 kg
wäre bei gold im gramm bereich auch schwierig, da 5g/t auch 0,000005% wären! Deshalb gibts auch die Einheit ppb




IMO, falls was nicht stimmt, bitte korrigieren

So, ich habe mich mal schlau gemacht.

Die Kernbohrungen im Herbst 2010 (gestern veröffentlicht) waren in erster Linie strukturelle Bohrungen, um die Erweiterungen der beiden Lithium-Lager, die bei früheren Explorationsarbeiten entdeckt wurden, für zukünftige Bohrungen zu definieren bzw. einzugrenzen.

Insofern sind also erst die Ergebnisse der kommenden Bohrungen von wirklicher Bedeutung (auch für den Kurs).

Zwar volatil, da deftiger spread, aber passabler Ausklang, wenn auch bei mäßigem Volumen.

Vielleicht wurden die Bohrergebnisse dazu genutzt um, Aufgrund der im November versiegten Gasquelle der Funk Lease Liegenschaft an der Greenlight ein 65% Anteil hält, sich von Shares zu trennen.

On April 22nd , the Company expedited 31 samples to Active Labs for rush analysis. Various intervals sampled include 9.67 meters in hole KV-11- 05 and 24.34 meters in hole KV-11-06. Remaining samples from these and other drill holes are currently being cut and will also be sent to Active Labs.

nun sollte fürs erste auf jedenfall wieder etwas phantasie im kurs drin sein.

24 km nordöstlich von saint john soll sich die liegenschaft befinden. sieht ziemlich besiedelt aus. ob das sinn macht? mal angenommen man wird fündig, ich glaub nicht das die anwohner ohne gegenwehr auf bergbau in der näheren umgebung reagieren würden. also ich persönlich nicht, und schaut man sich mal hier in deutschland um, da gehen die leute schon mit den arsch an die wand sobald windkraftanlangen geplant werden. keiner wills halt in der nähe haben und den bergbau sicherlich auch nicht.

nun ja bis dahin würde es eh noch bisl hin sein, aber weiter denken kann nicht schaden.

(TSX VENTURE:GR)(OTCBB:PRZCF)(FRANKFURT:PH0) is pleased to announce that tests have been completed to confirm the validity of the Silchlor chlorination process in extracting economic minerals from the Company's Brazil Lake lithium concentrate material. The patented Silchlor Cyclic Vacuum Chlorination Process technology assessment report verifying the process was completed by an independent qualified person. GreenLight retained Dr. Ian Flint of Halifax, NS to independently confirm if this technology could be applied to the extraction of economic minerals from the Brazil Lake Lithium and rare metals project.

Confirmation tests were successfully conducted for the digestion of the lithium pyroxene concentrate from the Brazil Lake deposit. The iron, aluminum and lithium chloride products where produced under the test conditions claimed by Silchlor. These products can be converted to oxides or carbonates if required by known chemical processes. The process also shows promise for the purification of tantalum, niobium and rubidium. The next stage of development will be the modification of the vessel design to allow the testing of larger samples in preparation for pilot plant work.

Dr. Ian Flint managed the assembly of a small scale reactor as well as supervised its testing and evaluation. The purpose of this series of tests was to independently confirm the results that Silchlor, the originator of the technology, achieved on the Brazil Lake deposit material, and to process a larger sample of material so that the quality of the products can be assessed.

The process involves chlorination at multiple increasing temperatures including a vacuum stage to volatize certain chlorides. Chloride vapors of Si, Al, Fe, Li, Rb, Na and K are produced using this method. The off-gases of the process are then cooled to precipitate various chlorides with the final stage being the production of SiCl4 by passing the gases through water.

The Silchlor carbon-chlorination system has shown good initial success from prior tests which indicated that a significant amount of the lithium was removed, along with the aluminum, iron, and manganese. The significant decrease in the residual products indicates that a large percentage of the spodumene was chlorinated along with other metals. The objectives of the Company's bench testing of the Silchlor Cyclic Vacuum Process include:



-- Demonstrate similar or lower cost profiles as the solar brine process
used to extract Lithium from salt pans in South America and Nevada.
-- Replace conventional hydrometallurgical processes which are expensive
and environmentally unfriendly.
-- Minimize waste product.
-- Reduction in impurities in the initial Lithium Chloride product which
could allow for less complicated procedures to produce high purity
products with increased values.
-- Recovery of additional marketable products in the Spodumene, in
particular Rubidium as well as aluminum chloride and silica
tetrachloride.

(TSX VENTURE:GR)(OTCBB:PRZCF)(FRANKFURT:PH0) is pleased to announce results from an ongoing prospecting evaluation program that was done concurrently with the recently completed drill program on the 5,080 acre Kemptville gold property. The program uncovered several groups of boulders of crenulated, silicified greywacke carrying weak pyrite and arsenopyrite mineralization. These boulders show variations in the intensity of alteration varying from chloritic to sericitic and the silicification ranges from weak to total replacement of the greywacke. As the intensity of the alteration/silicification increases, so does the gold content of the rock. Samples with weak silicification with chloritic alteration typically run from approximately 100 ppb (parts per billion) Au (gold) to approximately 1 gpt (gram per tonne) Au. The most intensely altered samples gave results of 1 gpt to greater than 30 gpt. The boulders vary in size from 10 kg to 5 tonnes and are grouped in tight clusters in three separate areas. Assays were run by Activation Labs in Toronto using the neutron activation method for gold assays and the total digestion ICP method for molybdenum and antimony.

These boulders are visually the same as the targeted altered greywacke sequences intersected in the recently completed diamond drill program. However, the float boulders are also enriched in molybdenum (Mo) and antimony (Sb) whereas the altered greywacke intersected in the drill program are not. The float samples range from approximately 50 to 1010 ppm (parts per million) Mo and up to 131 ppm Sb but the drill core samples are never above background levels of 2 ppm Mo and less than 1 ppm Sb. Clearly this indicates a separate set of mineralizing conditions that was not previously seen on the property. The Au/Mo/Sb association indicates the possible presence of a porphyry / epithermal system on the property. Previous mapping on the claims in the 1980's indicated the presence of an epithermal quartz breccia system to the NE of the float area and a chloritic tin bearing zone immediately to the NW of the float boulders. The presence of an Au/Mo/Sb lying between these two zones bolsters the evidence for an underlying porphyry or epithermal target.

The company has contracted Dr. Ralph Stea to carry out till studies in order to ascertain the direction of ice movement and distance of transport of these mineralized boulders. Although this study is ongoing, his initial reaction, after doing some up-ice trenching was that "these angular boulders must derive from local bedrock". A soil sampling survey for Mo was conducted over the up-ice ground to the north of the boulders, however these results have not been received from the lab as yet. Several untested IP anomalies lie to the north of the boulder clusters and these will be tested by diamond drilling pursuant to Dr. Stea's recommendations.

(TSX VENTURE:GR)(OTCBB:PRZCF)(FRANKFURT:PH0) is pleased to announce that the Company has entered into an option agreement on the Otter Lake property in northern Charlotte County, New Brunswick with Portage Minerals Inc. and Rockport Mining Corp.

The Otter Lake claim group consists of 104 claims (4160 acres) under option from Rockport Mining situated 15 km east of the Mt Pleasant Zn (zinc), In (Indium), W (tungsten), Mo (Molybdenum), Bi (Bismuth) deposit. These claim blocks cover four significant Au (Gold), Ag (Silver), W, Mo and Bi showings occurring between the Pender Brook and the Sawyer Brook Fault Zones. These faults are within Silurian metasediments and are bound by the northern flanks of the Mt Douglas and Magaguadavic granites. The showings are hosted by hornfelsic wacke and skarn which are cut by late stage, greissenized quartz stockworks carrying Asp (Arsenopyrite) and Au with attendant W, Bi and Mo mineralization. Zoned out from the Au/Asp mineralization are showings of base metals and silver. Three of the showings are within the Sawyer Brook fault zone and are known as the Jimmy Hill, Otter Lake and Logans Mountain showings.

The Jimmy Hill showing consists of a series of intersecting quartz-greissen veins, emanating from the Magaguadavic Granite. The mineralized quartz veins are located at the intersection of NW trending shears and the main ENE trending Sawyer Brook Fault. Gold occurs primarily with Asp but often the veins carry significant tungsten and bismuth mineralization. The showings have been stripped in part and dozens of rock samples taken from the trench show Au values greater than 1 g/t (gram per tonne) ranging up to 20.1 g/t. Associated with the gold mineralization are values up to 0.32% Bi and 4.46% W. A base metal/silver discovery was made subsequent to the gold discovery about 300 meters to the west of the gold showing. Numerous mineralized floats and sub crop found during trenching at this location assayed up to 367 g/t Ag, 1.4% Cu, 6.95% Pb, 4.33% Zn. It should be noted that disseminated Mo occurs in granite out crop a few hundred meters to the southwest of the Jimmy Hill Showing.

The Logans Mountain showing is similar to the Jimmy Hill occurrence in that the mineralization is hosted in east south-east trending quartz greissen veins cutting hornfelsic wacke. Surface sampling by past workers discovered 27 boulders carrying between 1 and 14.1 g/t Au. Associated with the Au mineralization are small skarn beds carrying massive sulphide lenses with up to 596 g/t Ag, 6.25% Pb, 4.5% Zn and 0.17% Bi.

The Otter Lake showing is closely associated with the Logans Mountain showing in that it also consists of quartz veins carrying As and Au along with what is reported as Sedex style base metals. Shallow drilling into the vein system resulted in intersections of up to 8.54 g/t Au over 0.38m. Also noted here is an intensely altered quartz feldspar porphyry dike that is 10 meters wide and possibly over 1000 meters long. Similar dikes are seen to the west on the adjacent Wildcat property where an altered dike is host to shear related Mo mineralization grading 0.08% Mo over 30 meters.

Assays cited above have been taken from previous assessments reports filed between 1989 and 1995. Readers are warned that "historical records" referred to in this release have been examined but not verified by a "Qualified Person". Further work is required to verify that the historical assays referred to in this release are accurate.

The Deal

puh... glück gehabt.
allida hat es besser hinbekommen, herzlichen dank.
scheint als ob gr nun mit größeren schritten vorangeht. ist sicherlich eine gute taktik. so wird man bei kommenden PPverhandlungen einige gute projekte vorweisen die finanziert werden wollen. hoffentlich übernimmt man sich da jedoch nicht.
das neue projekt kostet vorraussichtlich bis november 14 rund 600.000 cad. die erste explorationsrunde muss jedoch erst bis mai 13 fertig sein. bleibt abzuwarten, ob das management tatsächlich noch wartet und erstmal die bestehenden 6 projekte exploriert.
naja warten wir es ab.

(Explorex) whereby Explorex is granted an option to acquire up to an 85% interest in its rare earth element and base metal Porcupine Property located in New Brunswick.

die tage sollten noch einige mehr verfallen. insgesamt müssten laut finanzreport im januar und februar 2012 4.607.300 warrants verfallen.

die nächsten (3.300.000) verfallen erst im july und können zu 12 cent gewandelt werden. mal sehen wo wir in der zwischenzeit stehen und ob es für die warrantinhaber in der zwischenzeit sinn macht diese in aktien zu wandeln. der kurs müsste dann schon bei 15 oder mehr stehen

jedoch wäre das verdammt gut. dann fließen wenigstens zusätzlich 396.000 cad in die kasse. vorausgesetzt das wandlungsverhältnis beträgt 1 zu 1. hab da im finanzreport auf anhieb nix gefunden.

also ich hatte nochmal nachgeschaut und bin mir recht sicher das 2 warrants zu einer aktie gewandelt werden können.
somit würden die warrants zu 12 cent lediglich 198.000 cad einbringen.
mit der neuerlichen PP wurden erneut 3.500.000 warrants ausgegeben. diese können wiederum zu 15 cad in aktien gewandelt werden. insgesamt könnten dann 262.500 cad dadurch in die kasse fließen.
insgesamt also 460.500 cad. bleibt halt nur die frage wie der kurs auf die zusätzlichen aktien reagiert?!? naja einfach abwarten...

Da momentan die warrants verfallen und insofern kein Geld reinkommt (das man aber dringend braucht),
hat man sich wohl zu diesem Schritt entschlossen.

Gut, 0,10 sind nicht die Welt, aber momentan gibt´s viele Explorer, die Geld benötigen.
Als Investor kann man sich ja kaum noch entscheiden.
Von daher geht´s leider nur über den Preis.

Aber wenn sie es schaffen, dafür einen "seriösen" Geldgeber zu finden, soll´s mir recht sein.

naja is ja erstmal nur die ankündigung der pp. in der vergangenheit konnte man bei sehr vielen unternehmen sehen, dass die letztendliche bestätigung der platzierung entweder einige cent niedriger oder höher ausfiel. also ist hier das letzte wort noch lange nicht gesprochen. eine nachverhandlung kann immer mal stattfinden.

trotzdem find ich es gut das man den graphit hype mitnehmen möchte. deshalb sicherlich auch der bestätigende erwerb der liegenschaft. wenn ich es richtig verstehe ist das neben der bestehenden graphit liegenschaft eine weiter.

gerne!!!

bisher sah es offensichtlich bei EAR kurstechnisch und auch sonst nicht ganz so bombig aus. und das gute ist, GR bleibt operator. kenn EAR einfach nicht weiter da bin ich beruhigter das unser MM die arbeiten auf der liegenschaft durchführt.

was ich darüber hinaus sehr gut finde ist das everett momentan schon recht billig ist. gut die haben jetzt keine weiteren liegenschaften soviel ich weiß. jedoch ist man finanziert und hat die durchaus vielversprechende liegenschaft keymet optioniert.
steigt der kurs bei EAR ist der hebel, im bezug auf die ausgegebenen aktien und dem 30% anteil am keymet JV, für GR extrem.
denke die optionsvereinbarung könnte für GR nicht besser kommen.
2,750,000 aktien über die nächsten drei Jahre haben den momentanen wert von 27.500 cad.
sollte der everett kurs auf 10 cent ( MK: 7 Millionen cad) laufen sind die shares mal ganz fix 275.000 cad wert.
kaum auszumalen, wenn die bohrungen positv ausfallen. bei einer momentanen unverwässerten mk von 700.000 cad gibts hier ne menge kurspotential.
warten wir mal ab was hier demnächst abgeht.

muss mich korrigieren:
zum kurs von 10 cent ein kaufpreis von 85.000 cad. plus zusätzlich explorationskosten von 160.000cad. insgesamt 245.000 cad.

der explorationsanteil an keymet durch GR beläuft sich "nur" auf 120.000 cad. also ist das gewinnverhältnis durch den momentanen deal noch besser" also hat das projekt den momentanen wert von 205.000 cad.

müsste man ja fast drüber nachdenken bei EAR einzusteigen?!?

die aktionäre von EAR sind nicht wirklich zu beneiden.
aus ca. 100.000.000 werden nach dem split (12 zu 1), wenn er den so durchgeht wie geplant, 8.333.333 aktien. zusätzlich werden 2.750.000 stück an GR res ausgegeben und 6.000.000 aktien (plus 6.000.000 warrants) sollen nochmal durch eine KE platziert werden. die verwässerung ist übel. gut für GR aktionäre, jedoch schlecht für EAR. scheint als, ob wir mit EAR ein esel gefunden hätten der uns billig ans ziel bringt. was meint ihr?

chart sieht eigentlich recht ordentlich aus.
heute kurz auf die unterstützung bei 0,105 cad und dann wäre charttechnisch, bei dem hype um graphit, nach oben platz.

schaut man auf den kursticker. erkennt man das die 0,105 mit 400 shares bedient wurden. charttechnisch ein klarer buy.

LM: There is another company of significant interest called GreenLight Resources Inc. (GR:TSX.V).
Its projects are located in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia in the Canadian Maritimes, which haven't had a lot of precious metal mining. It's mainly been coal mining.
Coincidentally, New Brunswick was just named the number one jurisdiction in the Fraser University survey of mining jurisdictions.
The province encourages mining very significantly.
GreenLight has a host of projects and it's already found joint venture partners for two of them, enabling the company to bring in cash for other purposes plus having other companies advance the projects on their own dollar.
Greenlight has properties that include graphite and rare earths, which are certainly as hot as you can get, along with magnesium, gold and silver.
With a good inventory of projects, joint venture partners and cash at its disposal, I think this is definitely a company worth investigating.

bei JV-Partner Explorex scheint das noch keinen zu interessieren. nun gut sind eh nur oberflächenresultate. wollen wir hoffen, dass unterhalb derer noch mehr, vor allem von dem edelmetal silber, zu finden sein wird.

muss mal die ergebnisse mit denen von puma exploration verlgeichen. kann das so auf die schnelle nicht einordnen. du etwa?

übrigens unser geologe sitzt seit 8. august 12 bei explorex im management. nur so am rande. ging ja aus der vereinbarung hervor, dass gr der operator bleibt.

anbei die übersicht der liegenschaft.



laut mitteilung werden nun alle 200 meter grabungen entlang der anomalie durchgeführt. auf der neuentdeckten östlichen anomalie wird ein oberflächenprobenentnahmeprogramm in angriff genommen.

ich denke hier wird in nächster zeit bewegung in den kurs kommen. vielleicht sollte man eine leine posi bei explorex eingehen? der hebel sollte wohl momentan dort größer sein. vorausgesetzt man kann weitere gute ergebnisse veröffentlichen.

wat hälst du von dem deal?

playfairs kurs sieht übel aus? warum? will tungsten keiner haben.
ich denke die PEA ist wohl derzeit nicht der burner. bei 16 dollar je pfund schäppert der IRR gleich mal runter auf 7%.
darüber hinaus besteht nur eine inferred resource.

ich habe von tungsten mal wieder keinen plan!
macht der eventuelle kauf der liegenschaft sinn?
die verwässerung von 19,9 % würde mir nicht so recht gefallen.

was ich davon halte? Ich weiß nicht so recht.
Mir kommt´s so vor, als sammeln sie von allem etwas, um für die Zukunft (?) breit aufgestellt zu sein.
Ich werde es im Auge behalten. Bin übrigens mal gespannt, wie´s auf Dauer in finanzieller Hinsicht weitergeht.

wir brauchen eine KE zu gescheiten preisen. ich hoffe der kurs wird sich in den nächsten monaten etwas nach oben bewegen. zusätzliche verwässerungen auf diesem niveau wären fies.

es macht tatsächlich den anschein das man hier alles hortet was man günstig bekommt. fehlt nur noch eine kohle- und eisenliegenschaft dann wäre man jedenfalls breit aufgestellt. dort gibts wohl preistechnisch das beste returnpotential.

Guten Morgen, es läuft schon seit geraumer Zeit so. Siehe Beitrag Nr. 272.

Aber wie heißt es in der aktuellen Meldung so schön:

Da ist was dran. Und difficult wird´s wohl auch weitergehen. Nicht nur hier.

also ich glaub nun nicht mehr daran das der kurs die nächsten monate dauerhaft über 12 cent steigen wird. dafür werden einige altaktionäre wohl ihre aktien rausschmeißen. das die warrants so kostengünstig gezogen werden können ist fast eine frechheit. fehlen ja nur noch 1,5 cent und 6.000.000 aktien zuzüglich zu den 6.000.000 millionen in der pp fallen dem kurs auf die füsse. wenn da nix großartig den kurs stützt haben wir demnächst insgesamt 12 millionen aktien zusätzlich. so langsam wird gr immer teurer und die assets spiegeln das wohl momentan nicht wieder.
also ich bin da derzeit leider recht skeptisch eingestellt.

Mir geht das alles inzwischen sonstwo vorbei, sir_krisowaritschko.
Insofern bin ich mittlerweile sehr entspannt.
Der komplette Markt ist eben seit geraumer Zeit total "verseucht".
Selbst "gute" Explorer oder auch angehende Produzenten (bzw. solche im Juniorstadium) kommen nur noch an Geld unter Abnicken auf derbe Konditionen.

Ich habe, auch in Anbetracht der weiteren wirtschaftlichen Aussichten im Allgemeinen, meine Schlüsse gezogen und werde zu gegebener Zeit dementsprechend handeln.
Nicht nur in diesem Falle.

Die fetten Jahre sind wohl leider vorbei. Da kommt erst mal nicht mehr viel ...

Greetings Chris,

It looks like it is the Porcupine, Keymet and/or the Otter Lake that is slated to be drilled first in no particular order. As for dilution in the financing. Most of the participants are long time shareholders, so the dilution factor is minimal in that regard. Are there any other questions? Please advise.

please answer me one question about the current unclosed privat placement!

why the conditions are so unfortunately? what i mean is, every warrant give the right to purchase one hole commoneshare at a price of 12 cent! the different from the actual shareprice is about 25 %. it is certainly that the warrants will run in the money. in this case the share dilution will be very heavy ( additional 6.000.000 shares). what i rather expact is that the shareprice will not move in the range of 12 cent the near futur. the risk that older commonshare holders will leave now is also high. dont understand me wrong, you are the management and i hope you try to do the best for the company and the shareholders, but in my eyes the deal is semi optimal.

leider ganz die kursentwicklung die ich erwartet habe

so direkt mal das einjahrestief in angriff genommen. mal gucken wie lange das hält. denke hier wirds nun fix in die ,05 cad gegen laufen.

schade, dass man die finanzierung nicht zu deutlich höheren kursen durchführen konnte. zeit und möglichkeiten hatte man genug.
an finanzierungen kann man letztendlich gute und schlechte unternehmensführungen unterscheiden.

so wenn der kurs nicht bis intradayschluss zurückgekauft wird, wars das in diesem jahr. die schlecht patzierte ke wird vom markt gnadenlos abgestraft.

erinnert mich irgendwie an majescor

Ich kann Deinen Frust gut nachvollziehen. Doch ändert´s was an der Situation?
Ich denke, man sollte die Konsequenzen ziehen, wenn man von einem Invest nicht mehr überzeugt ist.

Guten Morgen.

Frühjahrsputz in den Depots ... .
Ich bin nun raus, denn eine erfolgreiche Zukunft für die Unternehmung kann ich mittlerweile bei bestem Willen nicht mehr erkennen.

So bleibt mir nur, allen hier im Thread für die angenehme Zeit bzw. den respektvollen Umgang zu danken und den Wunsch für diejenigen, die in GR noch investiert sind, zu äußern, weiterhin eine glückliche Hand zu haben.

(TSXV.GR) is pleased to announce that as a result of the votes at the annual and special meeting of the shareholders of Great Atlantic Resources Corp. (the "Company") held on August 30, 2013, the shareholders of the Company have approved by a wide margin, a share consolidation of 20:1 of its share capital.
The current issued and outstanding number of 60,070,040 shares will be consolidated into 3,003,502 shares.
The purpose of the share consolidation is to facilitate further financings and transactions for the Company.
The share consolidation is subject to TSX Venture Exchange approval.

Aber ich habe es mir angewöhnt, selbst bei Verkauf (überall) noch ab und an nachzusehen.

Ich vermute mal, daß der Split schon lange ausgemachte Sache war.
So hat er sich als CEO & President günstig eingedeckt (von einer Stützung des Kurses in der Vergangenheit soll hier nicht die Rede sein) und dürfte damit sicher auch (weiterhin?) einer der Hauptanteilseigner sein.
Bei nunmehr 3,003,502 shares.
Somit hat er dadurch sicher keine monetären Nachteile, falls der Kurs irgendwann mal wieder hochgehen sollte.
Man muß eben sehen, wo man bleibt. Auch ein Geschäftsmodell, um zu überleben ...
