      guten morgen,

      nachdem das 3. quartal nicht so berauschende zahlen gebracht hat, ist der jahresabschluß meine ich umso besser und ich hoffe, daß dadurch diesem israelischen high-tech-wert jetzt mehr beachtung geschenkt wird. dazu möchte ich auch diesen thread hier benutzen. ich bitte um meinungen zu RDWR, da es hierzu erst sehr wenige postings gibt.

      Earnings Per Share

      TEL AVIV, Israel, Feb. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- RADWARE Ltd. (Nasdaq: RDWR), a leading provider of
      Internet traffic management (ITM) solutions enabling continuous access to Web sites, IP applications and
      content, today is pleased to announce its results of operations for the quarter and year ended December
      31, 1999.

      For the fourth quarter of fiscal 1999, RADWARE reported revenues of $5.0 million, an increase of 176%
      from $1.8 million in the fourth quarter of 1998. For fiscal 1999, the Company reported revenues of $14.1
      million, up 189% from $4.9 million for fiscal 1998.

      RADWARE has reached profitability for the first time. Net income for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1999
      was $517 thousand or $0.03 per diluted share, compared to net loss of $108 thousand or ($0.01) per diluted
      share for the fourth quarter of fiscal 1998. The net income for fiscal 1999 was $280 thousand or $0.02 per
      diluted share, compared to a net loss of $1.3 million or ($0.16) per diluted share for the previous year.

      In January 2000, RADWARE successfully completed a follow-on public offering of common stock. Net
      proceeds to the Company from the offering were approximately $60.2 million.

      Meir Moshe, Chief Financial Officer of RADWARE said, "RADWARE has again demonstrated the
      ability to deliver strong financial results. We expect another good year in 2000 as these positive trends
      continue. Our new cash position, after the completion of the follow-on offering, is approximately $129
      million in cash. This cash position will enable us to exploit more business opportunities."

      ...die Zahlen waren in der Tat super. Wer auf den Chart blickt, der kann auch unschwer erkennen, daß es eigentlich nur mehr eine Richtung geben kann.
