Monument Mining Announces Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 17, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Monument Mining Limited (TSX-V: MMY and FSE: D7Q1) (“Monument” or the “Company”) is pleased to
announce the results from its Annual General Meeting held on December 16, 2019 in Vancouver, B.C., which had a turnout in person or by proxy of 21.68% of its issued and outstanding
shares.
All resolutions tabled at the AGM have been approved by more than 94% of the shares voted as proposed in an Information Circular dated on November 6, 2019, including appointing Grant Thornton LLP as auditors and fix board members for the ensuring year to five, being Robert F. Baldock, Cathy Zhai, Zaidi Harun, Graham Dickson, and Michael John Kitney.
