Quantum-Si Joins Human Proteome Organization (HUPO) Industrial Advisory Board

Quantum-Si Incorporated (Nasdaq: QSI) (“Quantum-Si,” “QSI” or the “Company”), The Protein Sequencing Company, today announced it has joined the Human Proteome Organization (HUPO) Industrial Advisory Board (IAB), an international scientific organization focused on fostering collaboration and promoting new technologies in the proteomics sphere. Dan Hanson, Director of Product, and Dr. Brian Reed, Head of Research, will represent Quantum-Si and support HUPO’s mission to advance proteomics technologies, techniques and training to better understand human disease.

The HUPO IAB is comprised of industry partners engaged in the field of proteomics and provides guidance on technology, product innovation and industry standards. HUPO supports a variety of international initiatives designed to illuminate the molecular features that dictate human health or disease, including the Human Proteome Project (HPP), Initiative for Model Organism Proteomics (iMOP), and Proteomic Standards Initiative (PSI).
