Trinity Bank Increases Cash Dividend 4.9%

FORT WORTH, TX / ACCESSWIRE / September 28, 2023 / Trinity Bank, N.A. (OTC PINK:TYBT) announced that on September 26, 2023, the Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.85 per share. The dividend will be payable on October 31, 2023 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 13, 2023.

CEO Matt R. Opitz stated, "The Board of Directors of Trinity Bank, N.A. is pleased to announce the bank's 24^th semiannual cash dividend. The dividend of $0.85 per share payable on October 31, 2023 represents a 4.9% increase over the $0.81 per share dividend paid in April 2023."
