      Filing 10Q March 2006

Recent Developments As of April 3, 2006, we entered into a nonbinding letter of intent with an established manufacturer of mobile utility systems to merge their operations into the company. The decision to consummate this transaction is pending due diligence and further negotiations. Although we have completed this acquisition, we must raise significant capital to operate this business. Therefore, unless we are able to sell our shares or find debt financing, we will not have sufficient funds to carry on our business operations for the next 12 months. To date, limited funds from sources have been raised, and there can be no guaranty that any offering will yield the funds necessary for us to carry on our business operations. Without sufficient funding we will be unable to continue as a going concern. On December 19, 2005 Jeffrey W. Flannery was elected as our president, chief executive officer, chief financial officer and secretary of the company. Mr. Flannery now owns 12.9 percent of common stock and 100% of the preferred stock constituting a change of control.

Safe Travel Care, Inc., Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC Form Strategic Alliance to Market Mobile Disaster Response Utility Product

Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it has formed a strategic alliance with Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC of Clintonville, Wisconsin to market Titan's Sentry 5000 mobile utility product through Seagrave's nationwide network of dealers. The alliance allows municipalities and emergency response organizations greater access to the self-sufficient first response units via Seagrave's 40+ dealer network in the United States and Canada.
"The Sentry 5000 is a natural product fit with fire apparatus sales and service," Brighton Diesel Diagnostics, Inc. President Steven Fitzgerald says. "The interest that's been generated from recent showings at national and regional shows indicates there's a real need for this type of mobile response unit, whether for hurricane response or other community emergencies."
The Titan Sentry 5000 offers maximum disaster recovery at an effective cost. The system provides up to 80 hours of self-sufficient emergency power generation (dependent on load utilization) before refueling. It allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity. "Seagrave sales staffs are in communities every day working with firefighters and municipal leaders to help them prepare for unplanned emergencies," says Tim Steinmetz, Seagrave's vice president of sales. "The Sentry 5000, like our wide range of fire apparatus solutions, is one more tool we can offer to help them respond faster and better."
Steven Hurt, Vice President of Engineering for Titan Energy Development, adds, "The complimentary nature of our markets being first responders, HazMat teams, and other front line disaster relief organizations makes this relationship efficient and easier for those we aim to serve. In addition, partnering with a first class organization like Seagrave is what many organizations strive to do."

Safe Travel Care, Inc. Releases Financial Statements for Titan Energy Development Inc. Acquisition

SAN DIEGO, Aug 08, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Safe Travel Care, Inc released today the audited financial statements for Titan Energy Development, Inc. of Detroit, Michigan. SFTV acquired 100% interest in Titan Energy, which now operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of the company. In 2005, its first year of operation, Titan generated $147,000 in sales revenues and a gross profit of $60,059. Net losses for the company in 2005 were $424,262. More information can be found in the Form 8K the Company filed with the Security and Exchange Commission on August 7, 2008.

Titan Energy Development, Inc., is the manufacturer of a mobile, multifunctional utility system, called the "Sentry 5000" designed for disaster recovery and response situations. The Sentry 5000 generates electricity, provides heating and cooling, water purification and satellite communications and is small enough to be transported by a pick up truck or SUV and operates on diesel fuel. With the acquisition completed, SFTV will now focus on the marketing of the Sentry 5000 to both government and private sector markets. Stated Jeffrey Flannery, CEO of Safe Travel Care, Inc., "Timing is good for the Titan Sentry 5000 as natural and manmade disasters have created both an immediate and long term need for these utility systems. New regulations in some states are beginning to mandate that certain types of businesses have backup power supplies. Cities and municipalities are looking for compact, reliable solutions for power, air and water supplies in times of disaster. These are the markets we will immediately and aggressively pursue."
Stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Development, Inc., "We are currently in development and testing agreements with the US Government and are confident that these efforts will lead to opportunities for the company. We have also signed marketing agreements with some strategic distributors who are waiting for us to expand our manufacturing capabilities. The need for these systems is growing and cannot be met by the current manufacturers. We now hope we are in a position to meet these needs in the marketplace."

Titan Energy Development, Inc. Receives Order for a Sentry 5000 to be Utilized in U.S. Military Program

SAN DIEGO, Aug 17, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc announced today that it received an order for a Sentry 5000 mobile utility system from NextEnergy, a nonprofit corporation founded to enable the commercialization of energy technologies that positively contribute to economic competitiveness, energy security and the environment. The Sentry 5000 system will be used in a program supported by the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) grant to develop mobile utility solutions to provide on-demand power anywhere in the world.
The NextEnergy purchase of the Titan Sentry 5000 was made in conjunction with the U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armament Command/National Automotive Center as part of a DoD-sponsored project called the "Advanced Mobile Microgrid Power System" (AM2GPS). AM2GPS is tasked with finding solutions that will allow government agencies and other entities to efficiently deploy mobile power control and conditioning assets to any location in the world within 48 hours.
"Given the potential of Titan Energy to become a significant player in Michigan's growing alternative energy industry, we are delighted to play a role in helping them access high value markets such as the U.S. Department of Defense," said Jim Croce, CEO of NextEnergy. "The Sentry 5000 is a perfect product fit for the AM2GPS program because of its unique set of onboard mobile utilities." The Titan Sentry 5000 offers maximum disaster recovery at an effective cost. The Sentry 5000 provides up to 80 hours of self-sufficient emergency power generation (dependent on load utilization) before refueling. It allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity.
Thomas Black, President and CEO of Titan Energy Development, stated, "Titan is very excited to be a part of this important program. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate the Sentry 5000 capabilities in a real-world military environment and could open doors to many different branches of the Military and Homeland Security for Titan and the Sentry 5000."
The AM2GPS program seeks to harness power from conventional generating sources as well as wind, solar photovoltaics, vehicles with exportable power capabilities, fuel cells and other sources, for distribution across a select geographic area. In the wake of a natural disaster, homeland security incident or military operations, it enables essential human services requiring power, including distilling and purifying water culled from any source.

Safe Travel Looking to Expand Market for Sentry 5000 to Countries in Asia

SAN DIEGO, Sep 12, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Principals of Titan Energy Development, Inc. and Safe Travel Care Inc. will travel to Asia the week of September 16 to meet with representatives of Chinese machine manufacturers, tour manufacturing facilities and to explore the market for Titan systems in Indonesia, Sri Lanka and neighboring countries. Stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Development Inc., "This trip represents our interest to be a provider in the Asian market as well as to explore potential relationships for manufacturing components or systems in the region. Our trip to these countries will help us identify what modifications may be necessary to meet requirements in these markets."
Titan Energy manufactures the Sentry 5000, a portable utility system that provides up to 80 hours of self-sufficient emergency power generation before refueling. It allows for mobile deployment and supports emergency power generation, water purification, satellite voice and data communication, emergency area lighting, space conditioning (heat or cooling), and offers 50kW+ additional power capacity.

Added Thomas Black, "We have received considerable interest in the Titan Sentry 5000 from several countries in Asia. Many of these countries have been hard hit and often by storms and other disasters and our system offers tremendous benefits. This market has tremendous potential for Safe Travel and this is just the first step to begin understanding how we might capitalize on those needs." Titan Energy Development, Inc. to Share in $2,030,000 Award from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund to Test the Sentry 5000's Ability to Run On Alternative Fuels

Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it was awarded a grant from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund and will receive $2,030,000 to be shared with its partners in the project, including: the US Military, Wayne State University and The NextEnergy Center. The grant will allow Titan Energy to test the ability of the Sentry 5000 mobile utility back up system to operate on multiple, alternative fuel sources which will potentially increase its application and marketability.
"This program will expand the readiness and desirability of our versatile emergency response system, the Sentry 5000, by extending its fuel sourcing from diesel to any likely available fuel option, including synfuels, bio diesel, and jet fuel," stated Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy Development, Inc. "This fuel flexibility will give first responders and Military personnel the ability to use several different fuels in an emergency when normal fuel distribution is disrupted or not available."
Michigan's Governor Jennifer Granholm, who visited Titan on September 13, created the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund in order to recognize some of the most promising and innovative job creating ideas Michigan has to offer. The original field of 505 proposals was narrowed to 179 finalists by an independent peer-review process conducted by the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS). The 179 finalists recently underwent intense, individual interviews by AAAS experts who then made final recommendations.
Added Thomas Black, "We believe Titan has a world class product with the Sentry 5000. With this generous grant from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund we hope to offer a Sentry 5000 with even greater capabilities and flexibility. Our goal is to have a system that will operate and perform maximally on multiple fuel sources."

Michigan's Governor Granholm Visits Titan Energy Development to Congratulate Team on Receipt of Award from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund Fuels

Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), received a visit from Michigan Governor Jennifer Granholm on September 13, 2006. Gov. Granholm personally congratulated the collaborating team of Titan Energy Development, the US Military, Wayne State University and NextEnergy which was awarded a grant from the Michigan 21st Century Jobs Fund.

The $2 million dollar Michigan 21st Century Jobs grant was awarded for a project to adapt Titan's flagship product, the Sentry 5000 mobile generator, to run on a variety of synthetic fuels. The collaboration is a public-private partnership between WSU, Detroit-based Titan Energy Development Inc. and the US Army's National Automotive Center. During the visit, Titan Energy gave the Governor a personal tour of the Sentry 5000 and its capabilities.

"It was exiting to meet the Governor and give her close up look of the unit and highlight what markets it was designed to serve," said Thomas Black, President of Titan Energy. "Titan's currently focusing on several markets for the Sentry 5000 including homeland security, disaster relief, and first responders and the US Military. Our ability to provide units and service to the US military could be greatly enhanced as a result of the research supported by this grant."

This is Titan's second program that involves the Department of Defense, (DoD). Titan was also selected last year to participate in the Advanced Mobile Microgrid Power System, a DoD program to develop a deployable mobile power systems that can be delivered anywhere in the world in less than 48 hours.

Titan Energy Development, Inc., a Subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc., Receives Order For Two Sentry 5000 Systems

SAN DIEGO, Sep 27, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Titan Energy Development, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Safe Travel Care, Inc. (OTCBB:SFTV), announced today that it received a stock order from Brighton Diesel Diagnostics for two Sentry 5000 mobile utility systems. Brighton Diesel Diagnostics is the Michigan Distributor for Seagrave Fire Apparatus. The units will travel the county throughout the Seagraves dealer network. The primary use will be trade show and live demonstrations for interested customers.
"Our plan is to move these units around the United States for live demonstrations in order to highlight the product features and benefits in a way that can't be replicated with standard marketing materials," says Steven Fitzgerald, President of Brighton Diesel Diagnostics. "This is also our first step in building our inventory of Sentry 5000s. We would ideally like to have units ready for deployment in case of a natural disaster like Hurricane Katrina, or any other type of situation that may arise and leave large segments of the population without utility services."

Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC, one of the larger manufacturers of fire trucks, signed a distribution agreement with Titan earlier this year to market the Sentry 5000 through its distributor network. One of the first markets the new Sentry 5000s will be sent to will be the Northeast U.S. Seagrave has earned a long-term relationship with FDNY, New York Fire Department and has a large portion of its dealer network in the Eastern part of the United States.

"The fire truck industry is an industry that likes to see the product before purchasing," says Steve Hurt of Titan Energy Development, Inc. "With easy to use controls, customers will be able to start the unit and see how flexible the Sentry 5000 really is."

The Sentry 5000 will allow local communities to offer its citizens a layer of protection it currently may not have. The Sentry 5000 retails for between $150,000 and $180,000.

More information on Seagrave Fire Apparatus, LLC can be found at www.seagrave.com. More information on Titan Energy Development Inc. and the Sentry 5000 Mobile Utility System can be found at www.titanenergy.com.

About Brighton Diesel Diagnostics: Brighton Diesel is a 20 year old Michigan-based company with two locations and serves as the master distributor for the Sentry 5000 throughout the Seagraves network of dealers.

Hier ein paar Infos zu dem Vertriebspartner TransMec in Sri Lanka:

      http://www.trans-mec.com/index.asp

      Besteht seit 1995
