Das bedeutet Wartezeit bis ca. Juni 2007. Der Quartalsbericht per 30.9.2006 ist ja auch erst am 5.12.06 veröffentlicht worden.

Du treibst mich noch in den Wahnsinn - nervenkrank bin ich ohnehin schon:

GBDX waren nicht o.40 sondern kommen frisch von 0.07 !

Die Zeche müssen halt immer die Altaktionäre zahlen. Gutes Beispiel:

lycos

kosteten 25,--(2000) und waren ein Kauf bei 0.25 (2002). Nach einer Korrektur von 99 % kann man - fast - keinen Fehler machen

Das bestätigt wiederum den Autor des Buches (brunzgelber Einband) "Das Geheimnis der Börse" (Kaderli) :

Ich denke auch, das hier die Chancen ganz klar überwiegen.

Nachdem Global in den leeren Mantel geschlüpft ist wurde die Aktienanzahl von 7 Milliarden auf 900 Millionen reduziert.

Dann soll es noch ein Rückkaufprogramm gegeben haben, so das es laut einigen Mitgliedern von I-Hub nur noch geschätzte 300 Millionen Aktien geben könnte. Ein Übernahmeangebot könnte dann laut bei ca 0,10 oder drüber liegen.

Das Ding hat also genügend Luft nach oben!

Volumen der letzten Handelstage war auch gut. Jetzt fehlen nur noch Einzelheiten zum Angebot und: Ab gehts!!!

Ja, aber ohne News geht es abwärts! Deswegen: Zahlen zum Angebot müssen auf den Tisch!

@All: So hatte ich mir das eigentlich nicht vorgestellt, aber nach dem starken Anstieg der letzten Wochen war ein kräftiger Rebound durchaus wahrscheinlich, da es keine News gab.

Ohne dürfte es Montag erst einmal weiter abwärts gehen. Ich bin mit einer ersten Position drin, werde den Wert Montag streng im Auge behalten mit dem Finger auf dem "Kauf-Button".

Sollte eine passende News kommen heißt es "kaufen"!

Über eines müssen wir uns hier klar sein: Das ganze könnte auch gut eine Aktion von GBDX sein um das Ding selber anzuschieben und hinten rum abzukassieren.

Wenn dem so sein sollte kommt das Ding wieder runter auf 0,002 oder sogar noch tiefer.

Das wären für mich aber auch ohne Übernahme Kaufkurse, denn auch mittelfristig dürfte es hier noch bergaufgehen, die Jungs haben auch im operativen Geschäft noch einiges in der Pipeline:

1. Management ist weiter bemüht den Freefloat zu verringern.
2. Der Kauf eines Industriediamant-Produzenten steht immer noch an.
3. GBDX hat interessante Lizenzen für den Export russischer Diamanten.
4. Das Management hat gute Kontakte in der Szene. Wenn die Meldungen stimmen dann wurden bereits 3 große Lieferungen komplett umgesetzt, was in etwa einem Umsatz von 4,5 Millionen entsprechen dürfte. Nicht schlecht für die ersten paar Wochen im operativen Geschäft.

Da die genaue Aktienanzahl nicht feststeht liegt die MK irgendwo zwischen 2 und 6 Millionen Dollar beim augenblicklichen Kurs. Damit wäre GBDX auch ohne Übernahme nicht zu teuer.

Mal abwarten und beobachten das Ganze. Hoffnung liegt natürlich weiterhin auf einem angemessenen Übernahmeangebot und als angemessen würde ich alles über 0,10 bezeichnen. Es könnten aber auch vielleicht 0,20 oder mehr drin sein. Ich habe keine Ahnung was so eine russische Lizens in der Szene wert sein könnte. Aber ich denke, bei dieser Übernahmegeschichte dürfte es in erster Linie um die Lizens gehen!

Leider gibt es in der Gleichung noch zu viele Unbekannte, deswegen ist es auch so ein gefährlicher Zock, aber: Die Chancen überwiegen momentan für mich ganz klar! So ein hoch volantiler Pinkie macht auf diesem Niveau ganz schnell mal 500% bis 1000%. Schauen wir mal wie es nächste Woche weiter geht.

Ich denke nicht, das wir noch einmal die 0,002 sehen werden, aber die 0,004 dürfte ohne News drin sein. Ich rechne aber für Montag oder Dienstag bereits mit News und dann dürfte es abgehen!

Übrigens: Laut I-hub sollen hier ohne Ende Aktien short sein. Ich habe da was von 141 Millionen gelesen. Ob es stimmt weiß ich nicht. Kann sich hier jemand vorstellen was mit dem Kurs passieren würde, falls die glattgestellt werden müssten.

Der Handel der letzten Tage spricht auf jeden Fall für die hohe Anzahl an Short-Aktien. Es wird krampfhaft versucht den Kurs zu drücken. Aber wehe, das Übernahmeangebot ist kein Fake, dann werden die Shorties den Kurs nicht mehr halten können.

Ist ne heiße Kiste das Ding. Mal sehen wer sich durchsetzen wird. In Amiland stehen aber genügend Zocker an der Seitenlinie und warten auf die nächsten News um einzusteigen. Ich bin hier voll bullish!

Glaube nicht, das GBDX hier noch einmal das all time low sehen wird, aber ohne News wird es bestimmt noch ein wenig abwärts gehen.

Die hohen Umsätze der letzten Wochen zeigen ganz klar, das GBDX im Focus der Anleger liegt. Da stehen genügend an der Seitenlinie und warten. Wenn hier die richtige News kommen sollte, könnte das Ding locker raketenmäßig 300% an einem Tag machen von diesem Kursniveau aus.

Leider gibt es aber auch ein paar Unwägbarkeiten:

1. Wieviele Aktien gibt es überhaupt noch?
2. Wie groß ist der Freefloat?
3. Wer ist der potentielle Käufer? Ich konnte bisher leider keine Infos über ihn finden.
4. Wie sieht die Finanzlage aus? Schulden oder Guthaben?
5. Was könnte die Firma eigentlich für einen Preis erzielen? Der wertvollste Aktivposten dürfte wohl die russ. Exportlizens sein. Aber was ist sowas wert?

Wie bereits gesagt: hier könnten 1000% in den nächsten Wochen drinsein, aber es könnte sich auch alles als typischer Pinksheet pump and dumb rausstellen. Deshalb: VORSICHT!!

Ich für meinen Teil mache folgendes:

Bin bereits mit einer ersten Position Kleingeld drin und werde bei ca. 0,0035 noch einmal nachlegen. Aber wie gesagt: Sehr gefährlicher Zock, deshalb nur mit Spielgeld rein!!!

Here is my guess and believe me its a guess but it will give you an idea. I agree with drugtester that the company issues more shares

Suitor pays $35m for the company ( very possible) consider this license has the potential to bring in hundreds of millions in revs and puts the suitor in business in the NYC diamond district immediately

350m shares outstanding
Insiders issue 150m more shares for themselves
Buyout price would be 35m divided by 500m
total shares = 0.07 per share
