Kender Energy Inc. today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement for the country of Portugal with Nortfil Lda of San Pedro.
Portugal, without its own oil, coal or gas, is leading the European revolution of clean energy with some of the most ambitious objectives for renewable energy. The country is home to the largest solar power station with over 2,520 giant solar panels expected to produce 45MW of electricity each year, enough to power 30,000 homes.
"Portugal's objective is to produce 31% of its energy from clean sources by 2020 and Kender Energy's solar technology will tremendously increase the efficiency in the harvest of solar power," said Sean Kelly, President and CEO of Kender Energy. "Portugal's plan to invest more than £1 billion in a series of solar farms to power 450,000 homes makes this market a major focus for our company," further added Mr. Kelly.

Kender Energy partners with Renergy Power to get a foothold on Australia $1.35 billion solar budget
Posted by Debasish Choudhury on 24 September 2009 at 03:55
Kender Energy Inc. today announced that it has signed an agreement with Renergy Power Systems Ltd. of Sydney, Australia to distribute the Kender Solar Turbine in Australia.
The 2009 Australian budget delivered a total of $1.35 Billion for Solar power initiatives. This new budget, to be deployed over a period of six years, calls for funding four new solar plants. The Australian Government has also provided a tax incentive in the form of rebates of $8,000 per installation of solar energy on homes.
"Australia has always been a leader when it comes to renewable energy and now with its aggressive tax incentives and large budget, we can easily foresee 8,000 Kender units in that country alone," said Sean Kelly, President and CEO of Kender Energy Inc. "The deployment of our technology remains easy and affordable, when compared to the competition and we expect to take a large market share in Australia as well," further added Mr. Kelly.

Hmmm - immer noch keiner da, dann führe ich eben noch ein paar Selbstgespräche.
Ja, der Chart sieht schlimm aus, habe Kender gemailt:
good morning ladies and gentleman
As your company announced in december 2009 you have had plans for a listing
on Deutsche Börse as your European exchange platform.
Is this still in work and do you have an idea when this could happen ?
thank you in advance for answering
yours sincerely
Als Antwort kam ( viele Wochen später ):
Dear Sir,
Thank you for your interest in Kender Solar.
In the past few months we have been busy simulating more efficient and
robust prototypes with specialized software, as well as securing additional
financing and planning additional marketing efforts.
We now have some good news to announce. Among others: a new and
well-connected CEO and a prestigious conference that we will participate in
this late spring. However, the timing of the official announcement is not
clear yet, as we aim for maximum impact.
We also still plan for a listing on Deutsche Börse as our European exchange
platform, however the paperwork is taking more time than expected due to new
requirements for a quotation there.
Best Regards,
Arthur

GENEVA--(Marketwire - 05/20/10) - Kender Energy Inc. (Pinksheets:KNDR - News) today announced that it has signed a Distribution Agreement with NanoBright Solar Ltd of Hyderabad, India.
NanoBright Solar Ltd (http://www.nanobrightsolar.com/) is a solar infrastructure company serving the individual homes market, as well as the solar water pumping industries. Kender Energy's present distribution agreement pertains to the Andhra Pradesh province, which encompasses the main cities of Hyderabad, Warangal, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam and Nellore. On July 2009, India unveiled a $19 billion plan to produce 20 GW of solar power by 2020. Under the plan, solar-powered equipment and applications would be mandatory in all government buildings including hospitals and hotels. In November 2009, it was reported that India is ready to launch its Solar Mission under the National Action Plan on Climate Change, with plans to generate 1,000 MW of power by 2013. The amount of solar energy produced in India is merely 0.4% compared to other energy resources. However, as of October 2009, India is currently ranked number one along with the United States in terms of installed Solar Power generation capacity. This indicates a strong trend and growth rate, likely to extend into the future.

Dear Investor,
We are happy to keep you informed of our recent corporate developments.
1. Great new steps in R&D
We have move many steps further to owning the most powerful solar panel you can find today. We have now signed an R&D partnerships with a world renown international engineering firm. We have now transferred all our R&D work to their lab, our being somehow limited in its capacity.
The steps with the engineering firm are the following:
A. Technical Viability (6 weeks of work to go)
- List of technical risks
- List of weaknesses
- List of targets for first series (volume, cost , manufacturing)
B. Market Validation (3 weeks of work)
- Business model fine-tuning
- Manufacturing strategy (on-house or outsourcing, short term and long term).
- Supplier investigation
C. Industrial strategy (3 weeks of work)
- Product and development program
- Study on manufacturing plant and setup costs (volume operational costs)
- Fully documented business model
- Opportunities and exploitation plan
Once all this is done (12 weeks), then we have the first products coming out. Also, once this work is finished, we will have major announcements on the product and our capability to produce energy (electricity) simply from air. We want to have the whole world listening when we announce that. And when this engineering firm speaks, we believe the whole world will listen.
These steps have happened with a slight slowdown, as in R&D nothing usually works on schedule. We indeed tried to push the efforts as far as possible in our own lab, but several elements needed more sophisticated equipment and staff. This has set us back by 3 months in our efforts, but we are still on track to meet our target by year end.
2. Funding of KNDR
At Kender, we have always been backed by very wealthy investors. They have supported the company, and continue to do so. We have received an investment of 250'000 US$ from our early investors, end of August. These proceeds will contribute to finanlize our R&D efforts. Substantial additional funding is available and secured, after certain R&D benchmarks are met.
3. Product availablity
The first series of prototypes for demo purposes will come out not in October 2010, but rather early next year 2011. We are a bit late, but we are getting there. You will soon be a proud shareholder of the company owning the most powerful solar energy system on the planet. Keep an eye on your KNDR ticker.
