FALCON REPORTS REGULATORY ACCEPTANCE OF PURCHASE OF GASPARD GOLD CLAIMS & CORRECTS QUALIFIED PERSON

Die Akquisitionsvereinbarung

Um 100% der Anteile an den Gaspard Gold-Forderungen zu erwerben, zahlt das Unternehmen an den Verkäufer wie folgt:

15.000 USD innerhalb von fünfzehn (15) Tagen nach dem Datum des Inkrafttretens, an dem das Datum des Inkrafttretens innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach der behördlichen Genehmigung des Erwerbs eintritt;
200.000 Stammaktien der Gesellschaft innerhalb von fünfzehn (15) Tagen nach dem Inkrafttreten; Und
200.000 Optionsscheine zu 0,20 USD pro Aktie für eine Laufzeit von 2 Jahren innerhalb von fünfzehn (15) Tagen nach dem Inkrafttreten.
Falcon hat sich außerdem verpflichtet, in der Feldsaison 2021 34.000 US-Dollar an Explorationsausgaben für das Anwesen zu vollenden. Darüber hinaus behält der Verkäufer zwei Prozent (2%) auf Net Smelter Returns Royalty ("NSR") auf der Eigenschaft. Falcon kann jederzeit 1% der NSR für 1.500.000 US-Dollar erwerben.

Alle ausgegebenen Falcon-Aktien und Aktienkaufoptionsscheine unterliegen ab ausstellungsdatum einer 4-monatigen Sperre.

Die Eigenschaft

Das Gaspard Property umfasst 3 Mineralansprüche, die 3.955 Hektar ("ha") im Clinton Mining District in Zentral-British Columbia umfassen. Das Anwesen verfügt über ganzjährige, ganzjährige Straßenzufahrt mit einem guten Netz von aktiven Holzeinschlagsstraßen. Die City of Williams Lake liegt 60 Kilometer nordöstlich des Anwesens und ist ein regionales Versorgungszentrum für Bergbau, Holzeinschlag und Ranching.

Die SBGB bildet einen nordwestlichen Trendgürtel aus Eozän-, vulkanlastischen und Sedimentgesteinen, die mehr als 430 km lang und bis zu 24 km breit sind und sich von der Stadt Princeton bis zum Nordosten erstrecken. Die vulkanischen Einheiten werden von dacitischen bis rhyolitischen vulkanlastischen Gesteinen, Brekzien und Kuppeln dominiert, die bekanntermaßen bedeutende Goldvorkommen beherbergen. Die vulkanische Sequenz, die auf den Gaspard Gold Claims beobachtet wird, umfasst eine niedrig tauchende dacitische Strömungseinheit, die von einer zentralen vulkanischen rhyolitischen Einheit, die von Basalten gekrönt wird, überlag. Das Anwesen befindet sich unmittelbar östlich der nördlichsten kartierten Grenze der Spences Bridge Group, in einem Gebiet, das auf regionalen BC-geologischen Karten als unbenanntes Eozän-Alter dargestellt wird, zwischen- bis felsisch-vulkanlastische Gesteine, die eine bemerkenswerte Ähnlichkeit mit der Spences Bridge Group aufweisen.

Die nächste Goldlagerstätte zum Anwesen befindet sich ca. 26 km südlich und ist das Goldminenprojekt Blackdome. Der Blackdome verfügt Den Angaben zufolge über Ressourcen von 144.500 Tonnen ("t") mit einer Einstufung von 11,29 Gramm pro Tonne ("g/t") Gold und 50,01 g/t Silber und 90.600 t abgeleiteten Gradien 8,79 g/t Gold und 18,61 g/t Silber (wie Tempus Resources Ltd. derzeit berichtet). Die Blackdome-Mineralisierung wird als vulkanisch gehostete epithermale Gold- und Silberklasse charakterisiert und kann den Zieltyp für die Gaspard Gold Claims darstellen.

Die Gaspard Gold Claims werden meist durch nicht konsolidierte Gletschervorkommen mit nur etwa 3% Outcrop-Exposures abgedeckt. Die historische Arbeit umfasste sowohl die Probenahme von Flusssedimenten als auch die Bodenprobenahme im nördlichen Teil der Schadensgruppe, die erfolgreich geochemische Goldanomalien entdeckte. Discovery Consultants Ltd. wurde während der Feldsaison 1990 angeheuert, um elf (11) schwere Mineralstromsedimentproben zu sammeln. Diese Erhebung umfasste vier Bachentwässerungen auf dem aktuellen Gaspard 3-Anspruch von der Basis bis zum Quellwasser. Eine Folgeerhebung, bestehend aus 212 "B-Horizon"-Bodengeochemieproben, wurde ebenfalls durchgeführt. Anomale Grade der Flusssedimentproben kehrten von 94 ppb Au auf 5.910 ppb Au innerhalb von 4 benachbarten Bächen zurück und definierten eine kontinuierliche Goldanomalie über eine vorgelagerte Entfernung von 1,8 Kilometern. Anomale B-Horizon Bodenproben, die durch Standard-Feuertest untersucht wurden, reichten bis zu 1127 ppb Au und bestätigten die Ergebnisse der Flusssedimentuntersuchung. In Kombination wird die Goldanomalie auf einer Fläche von 1800 m x 1200 m definiert und ein Großteil der Ansprüche im Südosten muss noch geprüft werden.

Nächste Schritte für die Gaspard Gold Claims

In einem internen Bericht des Anbieters enthalten die nächsten empfohlenen Schritte eine erste hochauflösende, von Hubschraubern getragene magnetische Untersuchung, um eine weitere Definition des Schadenbereichs, einschließlich 320 KilometerFluglinien, mit einem Abstand von 150 m entlang ost-westlichorientierter Fluglinien mit N-S-orientierten Verbindungslinien zu ermöglichen. Die E-W-orientierten Fluglinien sind optimal für die Abgrenzung von Nordost- und Nordwest-Trendstrukturen. Darüber hinaus sind weitere 60 regelmäßige und 60 schwere Mineralstromsedimentproben über die Bereiche mit tiefer Überlastungsabdeckung über dem verbleibenden Gaspard Property erforderlich. Darüber hinaus ist mehr Prospektion, Kartierung und Probenahme des brecciated Rhyolit mit Quarzvenenlagerarbeit erforderlich, um die Quelle (oder Quellen) des Goldstroms und Bodenanomalien zu bestimmen. Derselbe Bericht schlug vor, dass diese nächsten Schritte ein Budget von etwa 250.000 US-Dollar erfordern würden und zu genau definierten Zielen für Goldmineralisierungsbohrungen führen sollten.

FALCON REPORTS ON ITS 2020 CENTRAL CANADA DRILL PROGRAM HITTING GRADES AS HIGH AS 20.5 G/T FROM THE VISIBLE GOLD INTERCEPT

Vancouver, B.C., February 18, 2021. FALCON GOLD CORP. (FG: TSX-V), (3FA: GR), (FGLDF: OTC PINKS); (“Falcon” or the “Company”) is pleased to provide an update on its fall 2020 drilling program at the Central Canada gold mine. The Company has received the preliminary analyses for holes, CC 20-10, CC20-11 and the upper half of CC20-12. There remains outstanding in addition to the balance of CC20-12, the analyses for the final 5 holes of the program. Falcon has presently 264 core samples submitted for analyses and anticipates in the order of 250 more samples to be taken from the last three drill holes core. A surface plan of Falcon’s 2020 drilling and that of TerraX Minerals (2012) and Anjamin Mines (1966 & 1967) may be found below in Figure One.

Falcon is also pleased to report that each of the three drill holes of this release penetrated the Central Canada main mine trend with gold mineralized intersections including the visible gold core sample from CC20-12 (see Table One). Highlights of the drill intersections for CC20-12 are as follows:

The Central Canada main gold zone occurred from 89.6m to 102.9m for 14.8m core length;
The weighted average grade of the main gold zone is 1,570 ppb gold or 1.57 grams per tonne gold (“g/t Au”);
Within the main zone intersections, the first meter of core returned 5.68 g/t Au: and,
Intersections from 97.4m to 98.6m (1.2m) averaged 6.06 g/t Au which includes the visible gold sample that assayed 20.5 g/t Au over 0.3m.
The Central Canada main gold zone as intersected in drill holes, CC20-10 and -11, was somewhat narrower being approximately 3.5m and mineralized with 0.5% to 2.0% pyrite in silicified and chloritic units and quartz veins. The host rock lithologies include metamorphosed quartz feldspar porphyries, felsic pyroclastic units and mafic volcanic flows and intrusive units, all of which may be intensely altered to such a degree as to obliterate most original features.

The Company’s hole, CC20-12 was collared approximately 70m north-north-west of the shaft to target the main gold zone at a vertical depth of approximately 75m. This hole reported entering high-grade gold mineralization of 5.68 g/t Au in a 1m sample at 89.6m within altered porphyry. This intersection was the first of a 14.8m core length zone with an average grade of 1.57 g/t Au. In addition, visible gold was identified in a 0.3m vein at 97.6m that returned an assay of 20.5 g/t Au.

Mr. Karim Rayani, Falcon’s Chief Executive Officer, commented, “Our drill program is continuing to expand the potential of the Central Canada gold mine. Falcon Completes 1,890 Meters, Reports Broad Gold Zones Holes CC20-08 & -09, Central Canada Gold Mine.

Vancouver, B.C., February 2, 2021. FALCON GOLD CORP. (FG: TSX-V), (3FA: GR), (FGLDF: OTC PINKS); (“Falcon” or the “Company”) is pleased to make its first report of 2021 with this update on its fall drilling program at the Central Canada gold mine. The Company completed its 2020 fall drilling program at the Central Canada Gold mine near Atikokan, northwestern Ontario, with drill holes CC20-08 to CC20-17 producing a total of 1,890 meters (“m”) of core. Through its two drill campaigns in 2020, Falcon has drilled seventeen drill holes for a total of 2,942.5m of core and has shipped 780 samples for analyses and assays.

In addition, the Company is pleased to report on the significant mineralized intersections from CC 20 -08 and 20-09 (see Table One). The geology logged in these holes was previously reported in our news release dated November 18th, 2020. Highlights of the drill intersections for the two holes are as follows:

CC20-08 intersected the Central Canada main mine trend from 30.6m to 41.7m and intersected secondary gold bearing zones @ 61.7m-63.6m, 96m and 101m;
CC20-09 intersected the mine trend at 131.0m to 165.6m. This zone contains several intervals grading up to 7.46 g/t Au; and,
With the intersections reported today, and the intersections of drill holes CC 12-01 and CC20-01, Falcon has traced the Central Canada gold mineralization from surface to a vertical depth of more than 161m and the zone remains strong and open to continue beyond that depth.
The Central Canada gold zones in drill holes, CC20–08 and –09, comprised core lengths up to 35m, variably mineralized with pyrite, arsenopyrite and pyrrhotite in silicified and chloritic units and quartz veins. The host rock lithologies include metamorphosed quartz feldspar porphyries, felsic pyroclastic units and mafic volcanic flows. However, due to the intensity of alteration, identification of the host was at times difficult to ascertain. The veins commonly contain contorted bands of quartz and tourmaline with pyrite, arsenopyrite and fine grains of chalcopyrite.

Falcon’s hole, CC20-08 was drilled just approximately 30m west north west of the shaft and was targeting the main gold zone approximately 30m above the gold intersections in CC20-01. Hole CC20-01 reported two principal gold zones: (i) high-grade gold mineralization over a 3 m interval of 10.17 g/t Au at 67m depth; and (ii) a new auriferous quartz vein untested by previous operators at 104 m depth, which sampled 18.6 g/t Au over 1.0m. As mentioned above, CC20-08 penetrated the main mine trend at 30.6m and returned anomalous gold of 345 ppb over a length of 11.1m. A second zone was intersected at approximately 62m and averaged 606 ppb Au over 1.9m and may be the same vein found in CC20-01 running 18.6 g/t Au over 1.0m.

The main zone of mineralization in CC20-09 was intersected from 131.0m and continued to 165.0m. Individual samples within this zone included; 1.1m @ 3.11 g/t Au, 0.8m @ 7.46 g/t Au, 1.0m @ 6.74 g/t and the deepest interval 1.2m @ 3.2 g/t Au (see Table One). This wide and strong zone is highly encouraging for the Company’s geological team as it is indicative of significant depth potential for the Central Canada gold mineralization
