MEDIVOLVE ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT FINANCING OF UP TO $12 MILLION
Medivolve Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement offering of units at a price of seven cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $12-million. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one common share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each whole Warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one common share of the Company at a price of $0.08 for a period of five years following the closing date of the Offering.
All securities issued in connection with the Offering will be subject to a statutory hold period of four-months and one day. Completion of the Offering is subject to a number of conditions, including final approval of the Neo Stock Exchange. The Company intends to use the net proceeds of the Offering for pursuing investment opportunities, marketing, repayment of outstanding debt and payables and for general corporate purposes. The Offering is expected to close on or about July 16, 2021 and may close in tranches.
Finder's fees may be paid to eligible finders in accordance with the policies of the Neo Exchange consisting of a cash commission equal to up to 7% of the gross proceeds raised under the Offering

Toronto, Ontario June 17, 2021 — Medivolve Inc. (“Medivolve”) (NEO:MEDV; OTC:COPRF; FRA:4NC) a healthcare technology and services company, today announced Marbella Pharmacy has received an initial allocation of vaccines from the California State Government for Orange County. Marbella, a CalVax approved pharmacy, will now be distributing vaccines to the public out of its retail pharmacy location in San Juan Capistrano as well as through partner clinics in the County. Earlier in May, Medivolve announced it signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of all outstanding shares of Marbella, where the transaction is expected to close imminently.
“As indicated earlier this year, it has been Medivolve’s intention to distribute vaccines to Americans as part of its COVID-19 prevention strategy, and I am now pleased to announce we have achieved this goal,” said David Preiner, CEO of Medivolve. “We are very excited about this development from Marbella as it serves as an opportunity to do our part to vaccinate the American public against COVID-19 by distributing the vaccine to the underserved segments in the State of California.”
As part of its vaccination campaign, Marbella will receive a fee per vaccine distributed. This initial allocation is expected to be the first of many allocations received from the State of California. Marbella is currently in negotiations with other Counties to receive additional allocations and launch vaccination campaigns for Californians across the State.

Vielleicht ist das ja ausnahmsweise positiv zu bewerten.
Welche zahlen wären denn für dich gut gewesen?
Alle Hoffnungen auf Blowfish. Das reicht mir nicht mehr aus. Selbst mit Zulassung traue ich dieser Firma nicht zu auch nur irgendein Geschäft profitapel zu betreiben. Die Zahlen sind katastrophal, das Management hat gelogen und betrogen und anstelle eines Mehrwertes wurde eine Arbeitsplatz mit anständigem Einkommen aufgebaut. Der Goodwill war Ende des Jahres bei 2 mille und jetzt bei 7? Somit sind die Zahlen um einiges geschönt. Schade um nicht realisierte Gewinne im Januar aber lieber ein Ende mit Schrecken als ein Schrecken bei 1-2cent. Die einzigste Hoffnung sehe ich im weiterreichen der shares an neues naives Blut. Ich bin raus und dank Teilverkauf im Dezember mit einem blauen Auge davon gekommen. Alles Gute euch und viel Erfolg.
