Unbekannte Aktie (ende März gelistet) mit attraktiver Pipeline und sehr niedriger Bewertung . Die finale Alzheimer Studie soll noch in diesem Quartal starten und im 1Q 2022 sollen bereits die Ergebnisse vorliegen . Falls positive Daten vorliegen könnte schon kurze Zeit später der Zlassungsantrag eingereicht werden . Mit Glück könnten wir hier den nächsten 10 Bagger im Alzheimer bereich haben .

Für so einen kleinen unbekannten Wert wurden hier echt gute Leute eingestellt ,beide Unternehmen Avanir und Urovant wo sie zuvor tätig waren wurden übernommen .Hab die Firma heute morgen angeschrieben bzgl listing in Deutschland, Insiderkäufe und über mögliche Partnerschaften das übliche halt mal sehen ob sie antworten .

Hab eben die Antwort erhalten , also US listing vermutlich Nasdaq soll in den nächsten 18 monaten kommen und Partnergespräche für Alpha-1062 sollen auch bereits laufen .

When it comes to insider buying, that is not something we can comment on directly, but can say management would like to see higher levels of inside ownership. This is obviously subject to various quiet/black out periods and restrictions insiders have to abide by.

Antwort auf Beitrag Nr.: 68.978.194 von Niller84 am 06.08.21 11:25:53Das sie Geld noch vor den Daten benötigen ist sehr wahrscheinlich die frage ist ob das Cash in form von Partnerschaft kommt oder durch KE das ist unklar . Natürlich wäre Partnerschaft besser für den Kurs aber auch eine KE muss nicht zwangsläufig schlecht für den Kurs sein vorallem weil die Firma schon jetzt sehr niedrig bewertet ist gut möglich das der Kurs schon im vorfeld gepusht wird .
