Apr 04, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Mesa Uranium Corp (TSXV:MZU) Shares Issued 18,647,653 Last Close 4/2/2007 $0.59 Tuesday April 03 2007 - In the News

Jay Taylor in the April 1, 2007, edition of Energy and Energy Tech Stocks tells readers to buy Mesa Uranium Corp., recently 55 cents. This is the first time Mr. Taylor is telling readers to buy the uranium explorer. Mesa has two uranium exploration projects in the United States. Its primary focus is on the Lisbon Valley project in Utah, where it has a land position of roughly 27 square miles. Mr. Taylor says that during phase I exploration at Lisbon last year, Mesa successfully identified significant uranium mineralization. Some of the strongest results from phase I included 1.8 pounds per ton uranium oxide (U3O8) over 1.5 feet and 0.9 pound per ton U3O8 over two feet. Mr. Taylor says the company sees potential for 100 million pounds of U3O8 at the site. Mesa also has a 100-per-cent interest in the Moonshine Springs project in Arizona, where previous drilling (performed by Exxon Coal in 1979) intercepted six feet of eight pounds per ton U3O8. Mr. Taylor notes that Moonshine Springs is not the company's main focus, but shows "good potential" as well. The newsletter believes Mesa "has excellent prospects for some big gains" and could double in price, depending on drill results.

Mesa Uranium Acquires Additional Land at Moonshine Springs

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Apr 18, 2007 (CCNMatthews via COMTEX News Network) --

Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE:MZU) ("Mesa") is pleased to announce that an additional 2,460 acres has been added to the Moonshine Springs project, bringing the total acreage for the project to 3,050 acres (4.8 square miles). Mesa has initiated the filing process to obtain drilling permits for the project. Once permits have been received, an initial drilling program consisting of 8 drill holes totaling 5,200 feet will begin.

Exxon Coal and Minerals ("Exxon") was a previous owner of the property and conducted uranium exploration drilling in 1979. Mesa has data on four widely spaced holes drilled by Exxon, the best intercept being six feet grading 0.4% U3O8 (8 pounds per ton) at a depth of 600 feet in the Chinle formation. Initial drilling will be directed at expanding the known mineralization encountered by Exxon.

The 2.5 million pound Moonshine Springs uranium deposit is located within 2 miles of the project and is hosted in the Chinle formation. Denison Mines has recently (2/27/2007) announced the acquisition, from Pathfinder Mines, of this uranium deposit.

      Other News

Mesa has been included as one of 35 companies in the TheUpTrend.com Canadian Uranium Stock Index. TheUpTrend.com tracks the price movement of Canadian stocks in the uranium sector. The index can be found at: www.theuptrend.com/Canadian_Uranium_Stock_Index.htm

These are exciting times for Mesa and we are pleased that TheUpTrend.com index is yet another means for Mesa to communicate its news in this fast-paced industry, where uranium is currently at an all time market high.

Mesa is currently exploring for uranium at the 100%-owned Lisbon Valley uranium project in Utah and the Moonshine Springs project in Arizona. The Lisbon Valley project covers 28 square miles in the Lisbon Valley Mining District with historic production of 85 million pounds of U3O8.

StockInvestors.net: Mesa Uranium plans drilling at Lisbon, Moonshine
      4/25/2007

Apr 25, 2007 (M2 PRESSWIRE via COMTEX News Network) --
MESA URANIUM LISBON VALLEY PROJECT DRILLING PROGRAM

Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSXV: MZU) has provided its plans for the 2007 drilling program at its projects in Utah and Arizona. Drill programs have been designed for the following target areas and drilling permits have been obtained for several of the targets. Drilling planned for 2007 includes the following.

Lisbon Valley project (100 per cent owned, Utah):

      * The SE Lisbon mine target was drilled during 2006 and Mesa's drilling discovered significant uranium mineralization. The 2007 drilling will offset mineralized holes L-4 and L-7 (see news in Stockwatch on Sept. 14, 2006). Mesa's drill results in this large prospective area validate Mesa's exploration model, which predicts potential for large uranium deposits.

      * Mesa drilled the North Alice target in 2006 and drill hole NA-3 intercepted strong uranium mineralization (see news in Stockwatch on Dec. 13, 2006). The 2007 drilling will offset these successful results.

      * The Lisbon Springs target contains data from oil wells and 1970s drilling which indicate a strong mineralized trend consistent with Mesa's conceptual model.

      * Drilling is planned at the Section 2 state lease along a favourable Cutler formation channel which trends northwest to southeast.

      * The planned drilling in the Utah state lease, Section 32, will test for shallow uranium mineralization in the Cutler formation along the prolific trend defined by the historic Uranerz, Velvet and Bardon uranium mines.

      * Drilling within the La Sal uranium mining district on the La Sal channel will test the Salt Wash member of the Morrison formation.

      * Drilling is planned on the west side of the Lisbon Valley mining district, where a number of favourable uranium trends exist.

Moonshine Springs (100 per cent owned, Arizona)

Mesa is currently planning drill programs at the recently acquired Moonshine Springs project, which has been expanded and now covers 4.8 square miles. Confirmation and offset drilling are designed to extend the strong mineralization found by Exxon and others in the 1970s (see news in Stockwatch on Feb. 19 and April 18, 2007). Mesa has acquired a series of reports and maps relating to work performed by Exxon. Mesa geologists are using this information to design the drilling program. Mesa's drilling will offset the exciting historic drill results at Moonshine Springs, where one historic intercept contains six feet (1.8 metres) grading 0.4 per cent U3O8 (eight pounds per ton) in a zone that remains open to the north and south, as previously reported.

      Qualified person

The Mesa uranium projects are managed by Gregory French, PGeo, a qualified person as defined by National Instrument 43-101 guidelines. This press release has been prepared and revised under the supervision of Mr. French, technical adviser for Mesa.

Mesa Uranium Acquires Arizona Breccia Pipe Targets

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA, May 04, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX News Network) --

Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSX VENTURE: MZU) ("Mesa") is pleased to report that the company has increased its landholdings :):) in the Arizona Strip Uranium District. Thirteen exploration permits have been acquired from the State of Arizona consisting of 7,585 acres (12 square miles) in Mohave and Coconino counties of northern Arizona.

The area, known as the Arizona Strip district, had historic uranium production of over 20 million pounds at an average grade of 0.65% U3O8. These high-grade underground mines were discovered and mined in the 1980's and contained some of the highest grade and most profitable uranium mines in the United States. The deposit style is referred to as solution-collapse breccia pipes. These pipes were formed when sediments above deeply buried limestone caves collapsed, caving upwards several hundreds of feet, creating a chimney or pipe-like zone of broken rock (breccia). Mineralized fluids moving through this breccia deposited uranium and other metals at certain horizons in grades and quantities sufficient to mine economically.

As a result of these acquisitions Mesa now controls 10,600 acres (16.5 square miles) of prospective land in the Arizona Strip Uranium District.

Current exploration efforts by Mesa geologists consist of mapping, geochemical sampling and aerial photographic interpretation designed to identify drilling targets. Planning is being done for a ground geophysical program this year to aid in the identification of collapse features associated with breccia pipes.

      About Mesa Uranium

Mesa Uranium Corp. is a uranium exploration company focused on proven uranium districts in the western United States. Mesa's lead project is the 100%-owned Lisbon Valley project in Utah, where drilling continues to identify new uranium mineralization, as previously announced. Sollte man nicht jetzt einsteigen?!

Mesa Uranium Corp. (TSX-V: MZU) is an exploration company exploring for uranium in the Colorado Plateau region of the United States. The principal project is located in Utah's Lisbon Valley Mining District. Over 85 million pounds of U3O8 were produced in the District at an average grade of 0.4% U3O8 (8 pounds per ton). Mesa's land position is in excess of 30,000 acres (46 square miles) in prolific uranium districts in Utah and Arizona.

      Lisbon Valley Project
Recent drilling by Mesa has discovered a possible new uranium zone: hole L-15 encountered 17.5 feet grading 0.11% U3O8 over 8,000 feet east of the Lisbon Mine in an area with no previous drilling (see news release dated 9/10/2007). The Lisbon Mine produced 22 million pounds of U3O8 at a grade of 0.4% U3O8. Follow-up drilling is exploring this area currently (October 2007).

Mesa is pursuing the concept that 1/2 of the District has remained buried and undiscovered on the down-faulted, eastern flank of the Lisbon Valley anticline. Historic uranium production of 63 million pounds of U3O8 came from a narrow horizon skirting the western flank of the anticline. Geologists and miners observed this trend and postulated that uranium mines should exist along a similar horizon on the eastern side of the Lisbon Valley fault. Wildcat drilling in 1968 validated the concept with the discovery of the Districts largest mine, the Lisbon Mine, which produced 22 million pounds of U3O8 at a grade of 0.4% U3O8. The Lisbon Valley Mining District is located in southeastern Utah. Mesa Uranium controls 30 square miles of federal mining claims and state mineral leases in the District.

      Moonshine Springs Project
The Moonshine Springs Project is located in Mohave County, Arizona and was previously explored by Exxon Minerals which drilled several holes on the project, the best hole intercepting six feet grading 0.4% U3O8 (8 pounds per tons). Dennison Mines owns the neighboring Moonshine Springs uranium deposit (2.5 million pounds U3O8) located approximately 1 mile from Mesa's project. Drilling is planned for Fall 2007.

      Breccia Pipe Projects
The Projects are located throughout Mohave and Coconino counties, Arizona and consist of several targets totaling 11 square miles. Breccia pipe uranium mines in this region hosted the highest grade uranium deposits in the United States, producing over 20 million pounds of U3O8 at an average grade of 0.65% (13 pounds per ton).

Mesa Uranium Begins Step-out Drilling On Uranium Discovery

      --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Mesa Uranium Corp. ("Mesa") is pleased to announce that step-out drilling around discovery drill hole L-15 has commenced. This drilling is within our 100%-owned Lisbon Valley uranium property in Southeastern Utah.

The principal goal of this step-out drilling is to delineate additional mineralization and to confirm lateral continuity in the area surrounding the recently drilled L-15 discovery drill hole. The secondary goal is to strengthen our geologic understanding of the zone to aid in directing further step-out drilling efforts.

As previously reported (news release dated 9/10/2007) drill hole L-15 intercepted three strongly mineralized zones consisting of, top to bottom:

      · 1.5 feet of 0.13% U3O8 (2.6 pounds/ton);
      · 1.0 foot of 0.16% U3O8 (3.2 pounds/ton); and
      · 3.5 feet of 0.28% U3O8 (5.6 pounds/ton);

All three higher-grade intercepts resulted in an overall mineralized interval of 17.5 feet grading 0.11% U3O8 (2.2 pounds/ton). The mineralization in L-15 is similar to the material mined at the Lisbon Mine, the District's largest mine (22 million pounds of U3O8). L-15 was drilled 8,000 feet east of the Lisbon Mine in an un-drilled area along Mesa's projected southeast to northwest trend.

Mesa is pursuing the concept that 1/2 of the Lisbon Valley District has remained buried and undiscovered on the down-faulted, eastern flank of the Lisbon Valley anticline. Wildcat drilling in 1968 validated the concept of ore deposits on the downthrown side with the discovery of the District's largest mine, the Lisbon Mine, which produced 22 million pounds of U3O8 at a grade of 0.4% U3O8. Ore deposits in the District were flat-lying, elongate, tabular deposits averaging 200-500 feet in width and 1,000 to 3,000 feet in length. These deposits pre-date all faulting and are not structurally controlled.
