Freier Fall geht weiter.Das ist wohl die nächste Pleite am Neuen Markt ich glaube langsam nicht das da was drang ist mit der Übernahme oder würde der Kurs dann seit Wochen so stark einbrechen.Unser Geld können wir wohl abschreiben.
Da verkaufen wohl noch ein paar Leute ihr großen Aktienpakete bevor die Meldung kommt Übernahme gescheitert PLEITE !!
Oder warum meint ihr fällt der Kurs weiter so es verkauft doch jetzt keiner mehr der bei 10 oder 20 Euro eingestiegen ist.

Es ist doch schon lange bekannt, daß World Acces zu 50,1% Übernehmen will.
Tauschverhältnis 1 TFX : 1,025 WAXS

Demnach paßt sich der aktuelle Kurs der WAXS-Aktie an.
Wer TFX kauft, kauft World Acces.
So einfach ist das. Deshalb ist sie nicht Pleite

Es gibt schon ein paar Threads, die jede Menge Informationen enthalten, die wohl auch eine etwas fundierte Grundlage enthalten, als dies Deine Äußerung tut. Schau doch einfach mal da rein, dann sollte bezüglich der Zukunft von TelDaFax alles klar sein.

ja, das mit der internet ag hab ich auch schon mal gesehen. aber das ist wohl ganz offensichtlich ein fehler, evtl. hat der verfasser noch nicht mitbekommen, daß telda die i-net ag vor geraumer zeit den goldzackern abgekauft hat.

Ich habe schon einmal berichtet (als TDFX bei 10 stand), daß die TDFX-Tochter INTERNET AG an die Börse gebracht wird. Das wurde im TelDaNet-Nutzer-Rundschreiben offiziell erwähnt.
Also da ist was dran!!!!!!

der Schlußkurs (12.1.01) war 3,31 US$,
aber in deiner erwähnten Yahoo-Kurs-Angabe steht tatsächlich 4 1/4 Was stimmt nun?
Wenn das der außerbörsliche Kurs und wahr ist, dürfte das die Trendwende sein.
Telekommunikationstitel kommen so langsam wieder aus den Löchern.

World Access Terminates STAR Transaction
ATLANTA, Jan. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- World Access, Inc. (Nasdaq: WAXS - news) announced today that it has terminated its agreement to acquire STAR Telecommunications (Nasdaq: STRX - news). All of the closing conditions set forth in the definitive agreement have not been satisfied, including STAR`s obligation to sell its PT-1 subsidiary for minimum net cash proceeds of $120 million.

Unfortunately, the financial liabilities of STAR are such that we do not feel we can close the transaction without the $120 million net cash infusion anticipated from the sale of PT-1 as agreed on June 6, 2000. Strategically, we expect that our acquisition of TelDaFax will bring us sufficient network and operating assets in Germany to position the combined company as a telecommunications leader in that market once the transaction is complete. We have extended our tender offer for TelDaFax to February 2, 2001, to make up for holiday delays and give TelDaFax shareholders a fair opportunity to respond to our tender. Meanwhile, we are making every effort to prepare for the combination and integration of our companies.``

On September 19, 2000, World Access announced certain financial projections for 2001 and future periods, which were based on a business model that assumed that the STAR merger would be completed as of January 1, 2001. With the termination of the STAR merger agreement, the projections are no longer an indication of World Access` anticipated financial performance.
