habe Intacta schon ne ganze Weile in meinem Depot. Die Produkte finde ich zwar ganz spannend, aber die wirklich grosse Kooperation vermisse ich noch. Ist für mich ein high-risk-Investment. Wenn die starke Partner finden wird Intacta eine Rakete. Wenn nicht, haben die ein nettes Produkt, das keiner richtig will.

Hast du ne Ahnung, warum der Kurs jetzt so abschießt ?? Gibts da news, die nicht bei Yahoo zu finden sind ?

Intertek Testing Services Uses Intacta.Code for Import/Export Documents
London, UK and Atlanta, GA, October 9 th , 2000
Intertek Testing Services and Intacta Technologies Inc. announced today a strategic licensing agreement.
Under terms of the agreement, Intertek Testing Services (ITS) will use Intacta’s Intacta.Code™ for
preparing secure import duty certificates.
Intertek is currently testing the use of Intacta.Code at several facilities around the world.
Using Intacta.Code, the Foreign Trade Standards division of ITS can now create secure electronic
certificates, that can be emailed to importers and exporters. They can be printed out on a conventional
printer, but the use of Intacta.Code means that the encrypted information stored in the document cannot
be changed or altered. On arrival in the destination country customs officials can easily scan the
encoded, secure documents to confirm the duty payable by the importer presenting the certificate.
“Intacta code enables us to replace conventional paper-based certificates with holograms, with highly
secure electronic alternatives” said Rob Dilworth, Managing Director of ITS FTS.

This is a major component in our expanding e-commerce strategy,” Rob Dilworth added “All the results of
our inspection and assessment of shipments can easily be encoded and filed electronically, and added to
certificates. When shipments arrive with Intacta.Code documents in the destination country, customs
officials can be certain that the documents are authentic and unaltered.”
“We’ve investigated a number of technologies, and quite frankly, Intacta.Code was the best solution for
producing simultaneous print and electronic documents in a secure format,” said Mr. Dilworth. “This will
add significant value to our customers at a very reasonable cost.”
The Intacta.Code printed documents are actually complex and highly reliable blocks of secure 2D code,
capable of holding far more information than traditional barcode technologies. Any Twain scanner of
300dpi or more can be used to read the documents when special password-protected Intacta.Code
software is loaded on the PC. Intacta has developed a specialized reader for Intertek’s use.
Intacta.Code has strong 256-factoral encryption, and unlike conventional encoding schemes, can be
represented in print format. Receivers of printed Intacta.Code use specialized software to decode the
document to its original form factor.
“Essentially we’re extending the notion of digital signatures and authentication to printed document
workflow,” said Noel Bambrough, CEO for Intacta Technologies, Inc. “Now companies can have both
electronic and printed documents that are secure and authenticated.” Mr. Bambrough noted that a

Let me begin by recapping some recent significant events at Intacta.
As you know, one of the key differentiators of our technology is the ability to address security, reliability
and efficiency with one core technology-- Intacta.Code. One of our key goals has been to make our
technology more accessible to potential partners and the application development community. The first
step towards that goal was the completion of the Intacta Software Developer’s Kit, or Intacta SDK, in
December. For the first time in the company’s history, virtually any application developer will now have
the tools available to incorporate Intacta’s unique encryption, compression and 2D bar code
functionality into any software application. The tremendous potential for Intacta.Code in e-commerce,
logistics, shipping and wireless applications can now become reality.
The publisher of Inbound Logistics Magazine, the shipping industry’s largest publications, has called
Intacta.Code the “Code of the Future.” Managing Automation, the industry’s leading magazine on
industrial automation, has nominated Intacta Technologies as one of the year’s top emerging
technology companies.
We believe that the release of the SDK will accelerate acceptance of our core technology in our key
target markets. The formal market launch will take place in early February.
One of our main objectives over the next six months is to promote the widest possible distribution of the

structures related to file size have been implemented providing an opportunity for an attractive income
stream for both Fujitsu and Intacta. We’ll keep you posted on Fujitsu’s progress.
A number of large publications throughout the world continue to show interest in using Intacta.Code for
both editorial content and advertising enhancements. Some hurdles remain—including the lack of a
completely portable scanner for use with Intacta.Code. Recent reports suggest that millions of dollars
may have been spent shipping scanners and PC cams to newspaper and magazine subscribers, only
to find that they do not want to have the devices tied directly to their PCs. We are taking a different,
and we believe, a more attractive approach for both the publisher and the reader. As developments are
completed and partnerships created we will keep you informed.

As an example of our strategy to work through Systems Integrators, we have signed a very important
partnership agreement with EnPartner, an e-commerce and wireless systems integrator based here in
Atlanta. EnPartner is a subsidiary of Primus Software, and, like Intacta, has its roots in Israel. We will be
working closely with EnPartner to develop wireless applications based on our technology. Among
