...im amerikanischen Öl und Gassektor ??
..der Kurs wird in Amerika aber noch zu wenig berücksichtigt und könnte deshalb für Früheinsteiger die Chance sein an einem Aufschwung teil zu haben.

The necessarycapital to operate the Company has been provided by the principals and foundersof the Company in the form of both debt and capital stock issuances as set forthin the financial statements incorporated herein. In summary, there has been, andwill continue to be, an absence of liquidity and capital resources to operatethe Company self- sufficiently unless and until an offering of the Company`sstock can be made to provide the necessary cash for operations. The current cashposition of the Company is insufficient to provide for the needs of the Company. Therefore, management of the Company has committed to providing the necessaryfunding for the Company until the Company can generate ample revenues to offsetthe expenses or until an appropriate offering of the Company`s capital stock orvia third party bridge loans can be made to raise cash.
The Company recorded a net loss from operations of $90,786 for thethree months ended March 31, 2004 compared to a net loss of $1,237 for the sameperiod in 2003. Increase in the net loss is attributable to the execution of theProperty Option Agreements, which up until that point we had limited operations.

#6 Hoffentlich findet er überhaupt was.

Comanche Point Project
Fidelis Energy has acquired an 80 % working interest, including ownership, in the Comanche Point Oil Field in Kern County, California. The project is located 25 miles south of Bakersfield, a center for oil and gas exploration and development in the state.
The Comanche Point property is a perfect secondary recovery candidate having probable undeveloped reserves of up to 1.8 Million Barrels (based on third party estimates). In order to exploit and monetize this heavy crude oil reserve base, the addition of steam equipment, infill drilling and step-out wells are required.
The property has been in production since 1947 and hasproduced approximately 300,000 Bbls of oil under primary production. The field consists of 17 “active wells” comprised of 16 producers and 1 water injection well. The wells are producing at approximately 12 BOPD and the field is marginally economic in its current state. Structure over the field is a faulted homocline and the trapping mechanism is a combination of fault and stratigraphic closure. Production is from Pliocene to Miocene Age sands of the Santa Margarita Formation. Productive oil bearing sands range in depth from 400 to 600 feet below surface. Possible step-out and deeper horizon potentials have not been fully explored over the leasehold interest.
The working partner-operator estimates that it will take approximately $200,000 to install steaming equipment and to initiate a cyclic steaming operation (Steam Pilot). Production is estimated to be in excess of 100 BOPD within 6 months from the time that steam flood is implemented on the existing wells. Based upon the shallow depths of approximately 700 feet, it is estimated that additional wells could be drilled and equipped for approximately $50,000 per well. The Company plans on utilizing a water-well drilling rig capable of drilling to these shallow depths at a very cost effective price.

North Franklin Project
The North Franklin project is situated along the "Eastside Winters Stratigraphic Trend" which has produced in excess of 450 Bcf gas. The project is located in Sacramento County, between the cities of Stockton and Sacramento.
Currently at North Franklin there is, under lease, approximately 1,000 gross acres. The multi-objective gas reservoir target is thick, deep-water basin Winters Formation. The Winters Formation sands are permeable, upper Cretaceous sandstones. Based on a 450 acre closure, average net pay sands of 75 feet and a recovery factor of 1200 mcf/acre-foot; the potential prospect reserves are estimated at 40.5 Bcf of gas.
This compares favorably to similar Winters stratigraphic traps in the region such as at Staten Island (50 Bcf), West Thornton/Walnut Grove (45 Bcf), Putah Sink (48 Bcf) and Union Island, the trend`s largest field at 278 Bcf. The Staten Island pool of the River Island field is the analog to the North Franklin. The average initial production rate of gas wells at the Staten Island pool is 7,000 mcf/day gas. Fidelis could anticipate, upon success, similar gas flow rates on a per day basis to these wells

Das Filing ist alt, das neue steht aus. Wenn das neue Filing (quartalsbericht) auch so aussähe, dann dürfen hier alle meckern. Ansosnsten Mund halten un abwarten.
